Litchfield Retreat 613 -This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condominium has a great view and is located on the top floor, in the south wing. The living area has a wall of windows and sliding door that opens to the balcony, a vaulted ceiling, a wall-mounted 60 Smart TV, and an electric fireplace perfect for cooler weather in the off season. The kitchen has granite countertops tops, a breakfast bar, with seating for 2, and is fully equipped. It is open to the dining and living areas. The dining table has seating for 6. Bedroom 1 has a king (memory foam) bed and a private bath with walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has a double/twin bunk. The hall bath has a tub/shower combination. ther features include 2 covered parking spaces.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred, and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
