Boasting 2nd-floor views of the area's marshland and wildlife, this coastal condo is well-updated with gorgeous quartz countertops in the kitchen, comfortable furnishings in the living room, and ample natural lighting throughout. When you aren't streaming your favorite show on the living room's smart TV, enjoy the fresh sea breeze from the private balcony. Or, head for the community's private beach, clubhouse, and pool. Spend your afternoons crabbing, fishing, biking, walking, and browsing at nearby boutiques and shopping centers - accessible within a five-minute walk. A paved, seven-mile bike trail is also accessible from your stay, and private beach access is roughly an eight-minute walk. Myrtle Beach is an additional 30-minute drive to the north and Charleston is an hour and a half to the south.

An extra bonus, there is a large parking lot adjacent to the beach that is conveniently located for effortless travel with coolers, beach chairs, and towels. Even during the summer months, there are ample vacant parking spots available.

Litchfield by the Sea charges a mandatory resort fee of $15 per night, capped at $210. The fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking.
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

    What I didn’t know was the we had to get a pass to get into the neighborhood. Our GPS brought us to the SOUTH gate. Where there was a guard house but no one in it. Eventually, we circled back to the highway and found the NORTH gate where we got a pass. The porch had a motion sensitive light that lasted a VERY short time. I couldn’t get the door code punched in before it went out. Eventually I made it in. All else fabulous. A great place beautifully situated on the marsh.
