Nice multi-level place to stay. Clean, quiet, comfy beds, garage parking, and responsive host. Everything we wanted and on the Vanderbilt campus.

Clean apartment and great location

Great property, very quiet. Also near to everything.

Out of all the places over the years that I've stayed in, this would be the most number one on my list. We all had a great time. The rooms were big. The amenities were great. The host was perfect could not have asked for a better time. Thank you, mark.

The property manager did a great job of communicating with us. The unit we were supposed to stay in had a broken air conditioner, but he offered us another unit to stay in the 1st 2 nights while it was being fixed. The unit had some basics in it (coffee pods, salt/pepper, dishwasher and laundry pods, etc…). This unit was not a far drive from downtown Nashville. We walked to the park to see the Parthenon from the condo. We felt safe and comfortable. It has 3 separate floors and up a set of stairs from the parking - just info for those who can’t navigate stairs well. We loved having 2.5 bathrooms available.

Check-in was easy, the kitchen had everything we needed. It was within walking distance to many places. TV in every bedroom, neighborhood was quiet.

Clean, convenient, safe, and close to Vanderbilt and downtown.

The unit was not stocked very well. For the price I expected better. Also, the car was gone through one night and the owner was very nonchalant about it. If the security camera was looked at, we received no follow-up report.

Very nice condo. Safe neighborhood. Had a great trip with our home base condo. Will be back again.

Very clean and nice place

I cannot say enough about this wonderful place. We had five adults. Everyone had their own place and the downstairs to congregate. We had ample amounts of every essential! We were close to every wedding venue. We just loved it!

Great property that was close to downtown but outside of the chaos. Nearby lots of different activities.

This property was great for our family of 4. It’s a nice, quiet location- easy to find and a great location! The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, and the kitchen had all the basics. Loved the covered secure parking.

This was a very nice place with plenty of space for several guests and convenient gated parking. I didn’t realize there were 3 floors so older people with mobility problems will have a hard time walking up & down stairs. Otherwise everything was perfect!

Everything was as described. Appreciate the hospitality and would stay again.

Condo five at Phillips Place was perfect for our stay very nice charming neighborhood setting, walkable to most things but have to cross the main drag super easy drive to Broadway

The location was perfect for visiting my father in the hospital at Vanderbilt and the host was easy to contact and very hospitable.

What you see is what you get, this rental is exactly as shown in the phots. The hosts Mark & Erin are timely with communication and were very responsive throughout our stay. My friends and I had a good experience. The property is in a cute neighborhood, and we were safe coming home late at night. It is a great location, just a short ride to many of Nashville’s attractions. It is a comfortable home, we lounged and slept well. Appliances all in good condition and fully operable, no surprises. Pros: I love that there were 3 options for coffee: a coffee press, fresh beans provided; a traditional brewing machine for ground coffee, and a Keurig. Household essentials like dish and dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, soap and shampoo are supplied. Cons: beyond the coffee makers, the kitchen has the basics and no more. We were able to cook & eat-in, with some improvising.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property and would definitely stay again. It was as described. Unit was clean, very well stocked and even included some coffee. It’s in a good location and very quiet. We felt safe in the neighborhood. We reached out to the owner for a few quick questions and he was very responsive. Property is very convenient if you are planning to head downtown. Easy to get a Lyft/Uber for around $10–no need to fight traffic.

Great place, great location, would stay again

This condo was absolutely beautiful inside and out. The condo was clean and very comfy for my whole family. Owner was super quick with any help and made the check-in and check-out process very easy. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again.
