Lime Kiss Unit B! Sweeping Views From Gulf To Bay! Unlimited Sunsets!

Overall stay was fantastic! Our only complaint was that there were cleaners/contractors in the top unit every day. They started banging on walls at 7am, moving furniture, etc and they wouldn’t leave until about 6pm. It was odd because that was the original unit that we rented, but had to move to accommodate the owners of the home. There was great communication and they did allow for us to check in a little early which really helped out. I would stay here again but would make sure to have the top unit to ensure we didn’t hear noise above us.

The location was great!

The house was very clean and decorated nicely. There was an incredible view from one set of sliding glass doors in the living room of the ocean when you walk in, and it’s very convenient to the beach. They had all the supplies, beach, chairs, umbrella, etc. that we could’ve needed. This would be a great place if you have little kids and don’t want to haul them and supplies needed for a beach day very far. They even had a cart where you could wheel all the beach supplies. It was quiet. The elevator does not work, so if you have heavy luggage, you have to pack it up 3 flights of stairs. FYI. Overall very nice and would stay again!

This was our first time to AMI, and hopefully it won't be our last. The house and pool were great! We enjoyed the easy beach access and beach views from the house. We would definitely stay in LimeKiss B again!!

The location is perfect! You can see the Bay and the Gulf! The decor is beautiful. The house is very well cleaned and kept. The supplies were very generous! We loved it!!!

Absolutely loved this house! The host thought about every detail to make your stay easier like having extra fans, beach chairs, beach toys. The house was comfortable and we really enjoyed the roof top at night. The walk to the beach was easy. Definitely will book again!

LimeKiss B didn’t miss a beat! The condo was very inviting the minute we pulled in. Beautifully decorated, clean and cozy. All you had to bring from home was your bathing suit. They had the rest. Beach toys for the kids, beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and a beach cart to tow it to the beach! Only a couple minutes walk to the beach and you were set. The kitchen had just about everything you needed to prepare a meal except a pizza pan and cookie sheet. No worries though, we went to the Dollar Tree just up the road and bought what we needed. Very spacious condo for the six of us. We definitely recommend it and would do it all over again!!

Spacious, well-equipped, and nicely laid out. No bedrooms share a wall with the other ones. The observation deck gives you a beautiful view of the sunrise (inner coastal) and sunset (beach). Good soaking pool and comfortable outdoor spaces. Super quiet.

We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return. Had one minor maintenance request and it was taken care of promptly.

This is the place to be when going to Anna Maria! Very clean and close to the best spots. Nightly recommended!!!

We truly appreciated the space and the location. We could walk to one end of the street and watch the sun rise, or from the rooftop deck...and walk the other way just a few steps to the beach, and the free trolley stops are very close. The interior was very clean and nicely decorated. I wouldn't change a thing...thank you.

The place was just as described. Close to the beach with beautiful views of the beach and sunset. The check in process was flawless. A few minor maintenance issues were found and addressed by the rental company very promptly. We were notified in advance of the inoperable elevator, so we were not surprised, we just packed light. The place was very clean, and beds were comfortable. We will look at staying here again. I highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The house was beautiful and clean with a nice view of the ocean across the street. No one stayed in the unit below us during our stay, so it felt like we were at home all to ourselves. The pool was nice and everything was easy to access. We can't wait to book again!

We loved Lime Kiss B and this was our 2nd stay there. We arrived on Sunday 9/22/24 and were able to enjoy 2 nights there. Evacuation orders for AMI on Wednesday so we left Tuesday night 9/24...So disappointed!!! We hope that this VRBO did not receive much damage. We stayed at Like Kiss B last week for my mom’s birthday trip and we all really enjoyed the property. It is very spacious and had everything we needed, including pool noodles and beach chairs. Although we didn’t use it there is even a cooler in the garage. The pool was great along with all of the outdoor space. The elevator wasn’t working but it wasn’t a big deal.

The property was perfect, well maintained, with all the amenities needed. An amazing sunset view from the roof top. We will definitely be back!
