Lime Kiss Unit A! 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Condo, Across the Street from the Beach!

Great location! Clean! Perfect for a long weekend at the beach!

This property is extremely clean and stocked with everything you need. It is steps from the beach. It’s close to restaurants and shopping. We will definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful clean vacation home to rent! The kitchen was well stocked with things you need. They give you a welcome bag that has many good things in it to get you started. They had beach chairs and a cart which really made it nice for beach days. I would highly recommend this house to you!

The property was just as shown on the website. We thought it was very beautiful. We loved all the decorations. It was very roomy. The pool was beautiful. Short walk to the beach. We didn’t want to leave.

Very nice property. Only reasson for a 4 star would be even though the upstairs apartment guests where being quiet you could still here them walking around. Depending on the guests this could be a real issue.

Lime Kiss A, (a lower unit) was everything that we had hoped for! 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 en suite. We had 2 adults over 60yrs, 2 adults 30+, and 11yr old. We originally planned to book Lime Kiss B, which is the upper unit with a private roof top balcony! I think we waited too long to book it. Small shared in ground pool was very nice and refreshing when it got too hot at the beach?. Beach chairs, buckets, small Beach umbrella which partially broke, along with sand toys for a small child. Gas grill comes in handy and lots of pool and deck furniture! Literally, half a block to the beach!! A Black and Decker coffee maker is provided. We weren’t familiar with this machine and didn’t know that lid works differently.( it screws onto the pot) and when you push the tab to open the lid it doesn’t lift. I tried unscrewing the lid slightly which allowed the coffee to pour. My boyfriend went to pour his coffee and opened it more because it was slow. The lid fell off and dumped hot coffee onto his hand and counter top. Thankfully his hands are very calloused and the burn was minor. I would highly recommend that the rental group provide a different stainless steel pot coffeemaker. I believe that Bunn brand makes one, possibly others too. I would hate to see someone get burned because of this design. Other than that we loved AMI and highly recommend the Lime Kiss property for your stay!❤️

My family and I stayed here for three nights while attending a wedding. Everything about this home is fantastic. Whether you want to enjoy the beach, explore the island, or just relax at the pool, you’re always close to the house. We wish we could have stayed longer and appreciate the hosts for the their professionalism. We can’t wait until next time and will look to book this home in the future!

Everything about our stay at Lime Kiss on Anna Maria Island was excellent. The house was beautiful and well cared for. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. Island Dreams was very accommodating in letting us access the property a couple of hours early when we arrived in town a little earlier than expected. We will certainly be back and look forward to booking the property again. Thank you!

Great location! Clean and updated! The property staff was super efficient and nice. We will be staying here again. Amazing time.

Most importantly the property is accurately described. It is top bottom duplex so you will hear the folks upstairs. It is a shared pool so if both sides are using the pool a lot it would be tight. Those things are know going in but everything else about this property is great. Great room setup for families. Location to the beach is incredible and a non crowd ed beach as well. Nicely furnished
