Lighthouse on the Bay, Beautiful 6th Floor Condo with Perdido Pass View!

Only warmer weather could have made our stay better. Clean,comfortable and friendly...5 days were not enough

The first three (3) days the TV's did not work. One did not work the whole time. Ref. drain was stopped up so it leaked the whole time. For the money, was not worth it

Great condo overlooking Perdido pass.

We stayed over Labor Day…Sunday to Wednesday. Condo has an excellent view of the bay. To the 2602 unit it’s a hike from the parking deck but that’s because the balcony is very close to the bay end of the bldg. We actually cooked one night which we never do and the kitchen seemed to handle what we needed, We would stay here again. We’ll usually stay on the gulf but this bay condo scratched the itch.

I was very impressed with the property.

Overall great stay. Close to elevator down to back parking. Only one dish towell and dish cloth so not really adequate. No coffee filters so take your own and own coffee. Plenty of linens and plenty of dishes if you have a larger group. Large ice maker on wetbar which came in handy because fridge one didn't work well....likely just frozen up. Love the giant tub. It has a beautiful view over marina and water. We were very comfortable.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The patio furniture was very worn needs to be replaced.the lights above stove sand under counters did not work.The tv in 2nd bedroom did not work bed worn out and the pots and pans worn so much you could not use. View was excellent and the rest of the condo was fine just needs to be checked on ever once in a while to fix s the issues.

It was a family of 7 (6 adults and 1 child) plus a dog. There was enough room for everyone. The owners were prompt to answer all my questions and concerns. The unit was clean and had everything we needed to cook meals. There are several charcoal pits near the pool as well. The property was easy to find. Only about a 10 minute drive to several beaches. The view from the balcony was beautiful. You can have the bay, the, pool, and even the gulf in the distance. The whole building is owned and managed by the owners so there was more of a homely feel versus a large loud resort. My family loved the pool and lazy river. Just a couple points, we may have searched on the wrong sites but you need to bring your own floats for the lazy river and there is no slide. We would definitely rent this unit again in the future.

While the property was clean, it didn’t exactly feel “homey”. There weren’t mattress covers over box springs (literally just blue plastic mattress labels sticking out), mattresses were extremely hard, pillows were thin, thin/sterile appearing duvets, and layout of furniture does not match listing pictures. We ended up spending all of our time at a friends condo and just sleeping in our unit. So while it certainly has the basics, this condo is missing comfort at the most basic level which was disappointing for the price paid to be at a nice condo.
