Stayed Jul 11, 2025Unit was exceptional and just as expected. The owner was very responsive prior to arrival. Never had to reach out during the stay. SIDE NOTE: if you need to rent a boat slip at the complex, reach out DIRECTLY to management at the property NOT Brett Robinson. That part was a nightmare for us!!!! In the end it was made right but not until after much chaos to start.

Stayed Aug 16, 2024First, the property was wonderful. We had a great time at the lazy river and enjoyed the view immensely. Unit was clear but bare. The kitchen didn’t even have salt! We like staying in VRBOs because of the homey vibes and amenities. This unit left us running to the grocery store twice in a weekend for kitchen essentials. Overall, I would stay on property again but not this unit.
