Stayed Jul 18, 2023This condo was located in the perfect spot in Corpus Christi. Friendly staff, private beach entrance, easy to get to Aquarium and Lexington. Condo had everything we needed in all rooms. We would definitely stay there again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!! What a Dump. We took one look at this unit and immediately left and went somewhere else. We lost our money, but we couldn't stay there. It was not as pictured at all. Dirty, old and in need of a serious deep cleaning and update. The beach was disgusting. It's a BAY, NOT A BEACH!!! The neighborhood is also very questionable. Plus you have to pay an additional fee to park at the place you have already rented. The pool located at the entrance was green. The entire complex is run down to say the least.

Stayed Mar 14, 2024When we arrived, the unit was not clean. There was dirty used Q-tips on the pullout sofa. The cushions were completely wet. The unit smelt horribly. iMessage the host she has not responded in several days. The worst experience ever would not recommend staying with this host.

Stayed Sep 15, 2023Convenient and easy I do wish there had been a swifter to clean the floor as we were in and out of the water and had to use bath towels on the floor. Everything else was great and we will stay again next year

Stayed Jul 27, 2023It was a very nice place to stay. It was a little musty but nothing a candle didn’t take care of. There was quite a bit of construction but nothing that was overwhelming or inconvenient. I would definitely stay there again.

Stayed May 19, 2023There was an awesome view of the ocean. Condo was clean and had everything you would need for a weekend getaway. Only drawback is the buildings are old and need to be repaired and updated.

Stayed Apr 14, 2023Check-in wasn’t smooth. The property is under construction = workers trying to work around guests. Noisy. Out of date. Not up to par with other VRBO’s I’ve used.
