Very clean, excellent location. Towel bar broken. Repair guys just walked in apartment while we were on the patio.

nice place. its better than advertised. 3 beds so both of my children had a bed to themselves. will try to rent this one again next summer

King size mattress sinks in the middle so two people trying to sleep on that mattress rolls to the center. Definitely needs a new mattress.

Overall the unit was good. The unit definitely needs some updating (paint and walls needing fixed, furniture needs to be replaced). But we did enjoy our stay and are looking forward to coming back next year and many years after!

Overall good experience. Some of the dishes were dirty when we arrived. Room smelled a little off. Loved the view and how close everything was.

Our stay was excellent. Everything was clean. It was very convenient to book. Highly recommend.

Great property. A few things could’ve been updated (broken chairs on balcony, spot on carpet in guest room) but overall we had an amazing stay! We enjoyed it so much we added an extra night to our stay. Prickett Properties management were easy to work with.

It was a great stay!

The property was nice and the space in the condo was useful. Had a nice balcony and view. However, it was a little outdated and could use a little maintenance. The couch and curtains had stains on them. Overall, it was ok, but maybe not worth the cost plus extra cost for parking etc.

1) Severe black mold around the shower2) Master bedroom door had sharp metal protruding 3) Fecal matter toilet4) Unit is was very dated5)Shower head in master bathroom was broken6) room smells like cigarette smoke 7) stans on furniture “bad”8) wood falling off around dishwasher Prickett property was notified and offered to clean again but not repair damages even after pictures were sent of damage.

Had a wonderful time. Unit is a little tired looking. Needs updating. Layout and room sizes were perfect.

We enjoyed our say. Room.was as shown on internet. This is our 2nd time at Light House and will stay again.

Some upgrades are needed but thankfully the weather was perfect so we had a great week.

The view from the 15th floor was amazing. The unit meet all of our needs and was clean. We had a few minor problems (TV and ice maker), called the management, they arrived pretty quick and everything was fixed. Very good service. Thanks

Overall the condo and property was great! Beds were clean and comfortable, very large balcony. It was a little older then other properties we have stayed at in gulf shores but wasn’t bad. The woman checking us in at the front desk wasn’t the friendliest and the elevators weren’t the cleanest and had a bad smell but none of that would stop us from going back! The communication about our condo was top notch!

One small issue with door & maintenence was there within 10 minutes. Whole family enjoyed our stay.

Our trip was Amazing, the location, ease of booking and check in was excellent. My only negative, is the was a musty smell, I think it might have been the carpet. Maybe replace the flooring. Otherwise, would stay here again.
