Light, Bright, Mountain Views, Just Steps to Complimentary Shuttle

Place was fine. Kitchen was recently done….however, rest of the place is not new or nice whatsoever. Old beds and bedding. Toilet had to me messed with after each flush. Hair filled soap left in shower…place hasn’t had a good deep cleaning in a VERY long time.

Amenities could be improved. In the bathroom, the toilet paper roll holder was broken and tucked in a drawer. The towel holder is about to fall off. The baseboard at the entrance by the coat hanger was missing and looked bad. Shower head broke but fixed in a timely manner.

As soon as we walked into the condo, our reaction was, this place is very dirty. Broken things: deck chairs, power outlet, blinds, window opener. No sheets for the hide-a-bed. Little things missing that are normally provided in a rental. For example, Kleenex. Overall, we adjusted, but I wouldn't recommend this place to others. Also, the pic on the e-mail was not where we stayed. We were in B205.

Stay was a solid 9/10 or 10/10 and it was a nice rental for the cost. Couldn't find the parking pass but not a big deal. Billing so far has been a 2/10. Booked on VRBO. Was forwarded to a rental agreement to sign and to pay the rest via bank transfer. I called the company and asked specifically if I should fill out the bank transfer or wait to be charged on the CC I booked the stay with. I was specifically told to fill out the bank transfer and I would not be double charged. I was then double charged for the stay via CC and bank transfer. I was notified relatively quickly that I was double charged (myself and the company noticed at nearly the same time). It has now been approximately 2 weeks since the double charge and 9ish business days and I have still not received the double charged refund although being told multiple times that they are checking on it.

We stayed at this property for a month in March/April and had a very memorable stay! The location is perfect with views of the slopes, we enjoyed our coffee on the front deck every morning. The community is quiet and the complimentary in-town shuttle is right outside, super convenient! We highly recommend this property and will be back!

Located so close to the bus line to Vail Village. We were on the lift minutes after leaving the rental. Comfortable and clean. The communication with the property manager could not have been smoother.

Unit was good; just a bit small. Bathroom on downstairs level was inconvenient at best. Stairs leading to bedroom level were quite narrow. Beds were excellent. Location was great. Bus stop was not just a few steps away except if you do not count stairs. Biggest issue - arrival directions to check-in were poor. It was difficult to locate our unit. Detailed direction (map) would have been a great help.

The property had everything we needed with great access to the bus system to get to Vail village for skiing. The property was clean and checking in was as simple as can be.

The condo was as advertised. No surprises. Good location. Convenient / steps from the free Vail shuttle bus. The property manager was responsive and very customer service oriented. Rental process was no problem. Easy check in and check out. Overall I would rate this condo a good value if you are skiing Vail.
