Stayed Oct 22, 2019The condo felt very homey and comfortable. Everything seemed new and the appliances worked well - although the TV was a little balky at first (Prudie got it straightened out, though!). I would definitely recommend this rental.

Stayed Aug 1, 2025Picturesque & PerfectVery clean, fully furnished and a wonderful stay that is close to everything, but feels like you are part of nature next to the national forest. Saw sparrows, scrub jays, a dove crows, blackbirds, robin, redbreasts, mama bear & her baby, coyotes and even a cotton tail bunny!

Stayed Apr 27, 2025I had a great time in Lake Tahoe. The location was great- away from the crowds. It was very peaceful and only a mile walk to Pope beach.

Stayed Jul 15, 2024My husband and I had another wonderful stay. We love the area and the people that live in the complex. Also, the maintenance man, Nate, is wonderful and has become a friend. We look forward to coming again in 2026!!

Stayed Jun 25, 2022Mark & Bonnie's condo was perfect for us! Great location, extremely clean, all the amenities we needed. Right next to a wooded area where you can bike, hike, or just walk your dog. The unit itself was well stocked with all the cooking appliances /dishes you have, and use, at home. Very clean inside and out. The condo manager, Nate, as well as everyone we met there, was very nice and helpful. My husband enjoyed helping him out with simple maintenance around the grounds. Another neighbor gave us a jump when we found out our battery had died in our vehicle. Very friendly! Would definitely recommend this rental and, hopefully, will be back sometime.

Stayed Feb 14, 2022This condo is exactly as described. The location is outside the hubbub of the resort with easy access to the lake, walking and biking trails as well as restaurants and grocery. We downhill skied, snowshoed, cross country skied, strolled and explored new restaurants to our hearts delight. Don't miss out on the Crazy Good Bakery on this side of town!

Stayed Jul 11, 2021The property was the most well appointed property, anticipating your every need. It was quiet, peaceful, although very close to grocery stores, shopping and entertainment venues. Beaches close, casino's about 5 miles away, the best restaurant in So. Lake Tahoe, Evans is a must. The owners are very organized, easy to communicate with. 5 stars.
