Let the Dolphins Serenade you to sleep...Yes!! It is that close to the water

Great views (loved watching the dolphins), fabulous beach (with the best sand in the world), and wonderful place to stay (lots of extras provided). Host (Kent) is a great communicator and quick to respond. The place was clean and everything was as described online.

It was great for a family trip. The unit had everything we could possibly need for the week. The communication was wonderful.

Condo was very nice and we really enjoyed the oceanfront view! Third bedroom was smaller than we expected but we were able to make it work. Kent personalized our stay with some restaurant recommendations. Overall great experience!

Kent's condo has everything! Excellent view, comfortable balcony furniture, extra beach chairs, Beach toys, a really good cooler, and even a beach wagon!! Also two beach canopies!! Also every kitchen utensil you could need including a crock pot and toaster oven. Plenty of fans and extra blankets. We wanted for nothing! Kent is an excellent communicator and so welcoming. Couldn't have asked for anything better!

Great new kitchen & countertops in bathrooms. Nice view of ocean. Easy check in. Highly responsive owner - thank you. Covered parking for 1 car. Kids room is TINY!!!Master bed a bit soft. Don’t forget soap, shampoo & toilet paper.

Stayed the entire month of April. The family joined me for spring break. The view of the beach and ocean was breathtaking. The condo was stocked with everything you could possible need. Kent was available whenever needed and so pleasant to communicate with. I will definitely return to this condo.

From the first communication and throughout our stay the host was in touch to make sure our stay was the best. And it was indeed. The condo has EVERYTHING and the top floor location is truly grand. First clsss appliances and cooking needs completely covered. Comfortable beds and carpeted bedrooms. This was our best VRBO experience. Super location! We are coming back for sure!

We had a great time, us parents and then 3 young adults 19-22 and a just turned 7 year old. If u get up early you can see dolphins and if you stay out late just walking the beach or crab hunting you might find someone fishing who catches a shark. We had to go crab hunting almost nightly and one night someone caught an at least 5 ft shark. We thought we were videoing but we messed up and wasn’t. Did not see any sharks except for that and on the pier. I would recommend this place any day. You are literally only like 1-2 miles from Destin boardwalk if you to venture over there.

My family and I loved the condo and its proximity to restaurants and shopping. Kent was great at giving recommendations for places to eat and answering any questions I had. On our last day we were able to see some dolphins!

The listing is spot on. The view was amazing from the balcony. We actually did see dolphins from it a couple mornings. It was within walking distance to a couple great restaurants. Then a short drive to Destin for all the touristy things. Kent had great communication and always got back to us in a timely manner. The additional beach chairs, beach tent and wagon were just an added bonus. The wagon was a life saver!! If we go back to that area we will definitely stay there again.
