Great Oceanfront condo with beach access & beautiful sunset views. If you’re looking for a place to stay this is the place! We saw whales breaching from are Lani.

This place was great! We loved the view and the patio. It was close to other great beaches, shopping and the best food trucks. We loved our stay here!

The property was as described. Clean, beautiful patio. It would have been nice if they had coffee. There was a coffee maker, but no beans or ground coffee.

The location is amazing as it is close to beaches, restaurants and coffee places. The apartment is well equipped and maintained. I really liked that it has a connection to the beach. Great place to stay in Maui.

Great spot in the middle of town! Everything we needed was provided. They thought of everything. Very comfortable place right on the beach. We had a great time.

The location was amazing. The beach was right outside our back patio. The unit could use a fresh coat of paint, the bathroom could use some updating. The mattress could be replaced and maybe put the laminate in the bedroom. We enjoyed our stay and would rent the unit again

Great place to stay. Clean, easy access to ocean and beach where turtles hang out. Watched the whales from our deck while eating breakfast!

Gave myself and early 60th birthday gift and had a wonderful time on Maui. This 1br condo was perfect for just me and the view made it perfect. I loved enjoying my coffee on the lanai and seeing whales breech to start my day. Location was good and easy to get to everywhere I wanted to go (did a kayak with whales excursion and a snorkel at Molokini and recommend both!). Sunset from the lanai was also a treat.

Beautiful location. I give the owner the benefit of the doubt that they didn’t know about the VERY NOISY renovations above their condo.

Overall property is nice and well equipped. The view is amazing.

Beautiful view of sunset. 2 min walk to the beach. Fun watching the dogs play on the lawn in front of the property. Baby ants were in the kitchen but as to be expected, make sure to seal up any food left on the counters.

Our stay felt like home. From the cleanliness, comfort of the bed to the lanai’s view. To wake up every morning to see the ocean and be able to stroll out to it so easily. Plus Kihei is such a neutral spot to stay on the island. I will recommend this place #104 to everyone and anyone.

We enjoyed our stay in Kihei. Property is exactly as listed. It is an older condo but clean and stylish. Not sure if anyone ever cleaned the pool during our four day stay (December). Great access to beach and we saw a whale jump out in the water once.

Being on the water side was excellent. The grassy area in front was an added bonus

Biggest plus is that this property is a ground floor and ocean/beach front. Updated. Over all very pleasant stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The view was amazing. The facility was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay.

My husband and I wanted a place away from crowds and kids, and this did the trick. The quiet and calm was great. Conveniently located next to inexpensive shops, restaurants, and in between most places to visit. The place was spotless and we were thankful for the air and fans. The only thing I want to mention is the beach. There is not much sand to lay on and it is quite windy here, so you will be lounging or tanning on the grass area. Some people prefer that, but my husband and I really wanted the sandy beach experience with clear calm waters to go into. Being our first trip to Hawaii, we were surprised that was hard to find here, but after three days of searching finally found one beach that met our criteria. Obviously this has no bearings on property condition, just want to make sure people know though it's beachfront, the beach is for viewing not laying.

Property is great! Location was perfect. Ground floor was easy access to pool and beach. Property was very quiet and very comfortable for a couple!
