Stayed Oct 30, 2025The host was communicative and the view was fantastic. The unit was not particularly clean and the disposal was broken. We let the owner know and they said they’d come fix it but never did during our stay. As a result there was a stinky smell coming from the disposal the entire visit. It was also smelly under the kitchen sink. We kept the doors closed which helped.

Stayed Oct 9, 2025We came here for a wedding and loved our stay! Being right on the beach with private beach access made it so worth it for us. The apartment was very nice and clean. I'd recommend better pillows for the master bedroom as they were very flat and not comfortable. Otherwise, everything was great! We had a late flight so Patty was able to accommodate a bit of a later check out, which we're very appreciative of.

Stayed Apr 3, 2025Our stay was awesome!!! The location and the rental are why we are return guests. We enjoy the 1st floor space and stepping out onto the white sand of the gulf. The chairs and umbrella provided are awesome for guests.The only problem is the living room smart TV does not work properly. The TV would not keep an internet connection for any length of time and when it did the TV channels are not usable (the NCAA basketball tourney games for men's and women's were not available because the live TV feed does not include regular channels).

Stayed Mar 2, 2025Condo is very small. Only one closet in unit which has an old rug and vacuum cleaner stored there. TV’s did not work and property manager did not send anyone to fix. Nicely decorated but needs refreshing. Bathtub stained. I was disappointed.

Stayed Sep 13, 2024This property was perfect for my sister and I to get away for the week. I loved the close and easy access to the beach, the chair and umbrella service, and being able to see the gorgeous view from the living room and balcony. We are long time visitors to 30A and have stayed at various locations throughout the years but this one has easily become our favorite thus far. We will definitely be back next year!
