Stayed May 28, 2025The room had hair all in it and the master bathtub did not drain but after contacting the manger they had someone come back in and clean it and fix the tub, after that we had no other problems! We enjoyed our stay!

Stayed Oct 12, 2024The property was fabulous and had access to the beach, hot tubs, and pools. Our condo was spacious, the rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. We loved it and will be staying there again.

Stayed Mar 23, 2024Wonderful stay. Now Crystal Tower is not on the beach. But they own the property. What does that mean? There is a crosswalk to a large pool and private beach entrance. Our condo was perfect. Two bedrooms, 1 with bunks for kiddos. The master had its own sliding glass door to the patio. Beautiful views from patio of the ocean. We've stayed a few properties in GS and Orange Beach. This was our favorite so far.

Stayed Jan 28, 2024We had fun because we always do. The condo needed updating. Only had a table that seated 4 and it was wobbly. Our biggest disappointment was the amenities. Big pool hot tub were being renovated. We used the small hot tub when there was room. Could not use the other outdoor pool as it was freezing. Inside pool was good until that quit heating. Then it was freezing. Opened the big pool but was freezing. Hot tub never did warm up. And they shut down the smaller hot tub and pool to renovate. So no hot tub. So bummed. We got this rental for the amenities. The gulf was beautiful and that helped. We won’t be coming back.

Stayed Jul 8, 2023Not worth the price. Not particularly clean, stuff was found from previous stay. The beds were wonderful, the condo itself is quite small. We loved having a washer and dryer, the dishwasher leaked but was nothing major. We were charged extra for wrist bands and an additional parking pass while our neighbors room came with 2 parking passes and tons of wrist bands which was odd because our room was for 8 ppl and our neighbors was for a family of 4 they paid nothing extra for the pass or wrist band while i paid $46 for the parking pass and $2 per each wristband.The views of the ocean were incredible, the pools were nice and not too cold for the kiddos. While our room wasn’t particularly clean the rest of Crystal Towers was very clean, pool area, beach area, halls, vending area, gym. We would come back to Alabama Shores and we would probably stay at crystal towers again due to location and beach access but we’d be more aware of square footage of rooms.

Stayed Jul 19, 2023This was the easiest stay for accessing the beach and beach side pool. Renting chairs and umbrella set up meant just walking over the air conditioned bridge walk with minimal stuff to carry and plopping right down to a wonderful gulf view next to the stairs.

Stayed Apr 2, 2023We took the family to Gulf Shores for Sprint Break. Our first time visiting. Our condo was spacious and clean. There was very little noise considering they were doing some renovations. The pools and hot tubs were a great way to spend time while not at the beach. The walkway and beach access was very convenient and clean. We would recommend staying at Crystal Towers and hope to stay again one day.
