I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The weather was historically cold, but it was still warmer om Marco than anywhere else. The Condo was exactly as described and well located to the best restaurants, shopping, etc. Everything is very walkable.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is very spacious and we loved the large patio area. The location is conveniently located to many shops and restaurants. So much to do and eat in walking distance. The rooms were very spacious and everything was clean and neat. The convenience of having a washer and dryer was awesome. We also enjoyed the beach equipment that was provided. The only negatives were that it would have been nice for the unite to have a bit more of a beach vibe and maybe some sugar for coffee. We also have small kids with us, so I had to comb through the place and hide a lot of fragile art items and tie some cupboards with fragile dinner plates shut.

Stayed Feb 10, 2024Condo was large and had plenty of space. Furnishings were fine - some pieces need replacing or updating (patio cushions, appliances). Needed to contact mgt for garbage bags and there was no laundry soap as stated. Loved the location.

Stayed Feb 18, 2023We stayed in this unit for two weeks. The place was exceptional and well maintained. We loved the location in the beautiful bay. It is a great place for walking and many restaurants in the area. There is a problem with red tide right now because of the record warmth. We were not comfortable going to the beach which is no reflection on the rental. I would highly recommend this unit.
