Stayed Oct 19, 2025Enjoyed the space. lots of room and clean. we had a lot of problems getting the TV to work in the Living room and also couldn't get the fireplace turned on. I sent an email to the host on the VRBO website and never heard anything from them. while I liked the space I wouldn't stay there again due to lack of help from the host!!!

Our 2 bedroom condo was clean, spacious, and well stocked/furnished. It was nice to be able to walk to downtown Gatlinburg. The only difficulty we had was we had a stroller and there was no ramp so we had to carry it up/down the stairs. The office staff was super friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Both bathrooms have soaking tubs. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. Wonderful views of the mountains and close to down town! We loved it!

Reviewer Comments: The condominium had ample ospace and was very convenient 2 minutes town, and could also be reached by a direct path that ran from the condo into the main drag. The reservations were really a super bright spot, they were very accommodating, quick to respond, and allowed us to make some last-minute changes. The complex felt safe, and it was a smooth trip all the way around.

Hiking, restaurants, mini golf, Anakeesta, and the skylift/bridge walk are just a few of the things we enjoy when we visit. Being able to walk to downtown Gatlinburg is always a huge draw for us and the accommodations at Laurel Inn are top notch!

Reviewer Comments: We were at a cheer competition and enjoyed being able to walk to convention center. The condo was well maintained and perfect for what we needed.
