Laurel Inn Condos is located just 4 blocks from the main street of Gatlinburg. The property has a heated outdoor seasonal pool for your enjoyment. There is also free wireless internet. You have two ways to get back to the downtown area. If you take the sidewalk down Cherokee Orchard Road, then you will come out at Traffic light #6 near the Mountain Mall and Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies. Stayed May 12, 2023The shower did not work at all and the toilet wouldn’t stop running. The room didn’t seem like it had been cleaned in awhile , very musky smelling and dusty. There was a spider in the jacuzzi tub with webs. The location was nice and overall it wasn’t a bad stay. I think it just needs to be updated and some cleaning done.

Stayed Nov 21, 2022The condo was quaint and cozy. It’s was very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing get away. The only issue was when we booked the condo we were unaware of the several flights of steps from the condo to downtown. Also the day prior to leaving the elevator did not work so between the stairs and elevator my husband was in severe knee pain. Will do a better job in the future at looking at location before booking.

We rented the Unit 502 and were VERY impressed by the location of the resort and the ease of checking into the condo. Once we were in the condo, we found a very clean and up to date area! I would recommend this condo o anyone and we do plan on making a yearly trip!
