Stayed Dec 6, 2019Location was perfect, close walking distance to everything in center of town. Room was very clean and cozy. All necessities provided. The check in staff were lovely. They provided helpful information regarding the parade and location. Quick check in process. The confirmation communication could have been better. Booked through Orbitz. We received confirmation from Orbitz and Home Away which stated we would receive an email directly from the property management which was never received. We would stay again and recommend to others.

Away from the crowds but close enough to be down on the Main Street in minutes. No traffic to fight. Best place to stay and we’ve been coming to Gatlinburg for 35 years

Reviewer Comments: Cute family feel property, they even put up a small lit Christmas tree and made it more of a personal touch. We had a minor issue when we got there which was handled quickly and efficiently and we would stay here again.

Stayed Oct 20, 2022Very clean, nice balcony, short walk downtown albeit a lot of steps down to street. Only issue was one day door would not lock, but nothing was missing when we returned. Did lock okay when we put in checkout code
