Stayed Jul 21, 2023Location was excellent. Walked into NP on our first day for a short hike. Bonus that a car was not necessary to get downtown as it was easy walk. The unit had great potential. In need of a deep cleaning, new linens and towels.

Reviewer Comments: We only stayed one night but the room was perfect, maybe some small shampoo and conditioner would be great but all in all it was the perfect place.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room was very clean. The location to the downtown area was very convenient. What we did not like was the fact that we were not give a code to the back entry of the hotel, which is what we were told to use to get to the downtown area. We were locked out and were not able to access the front of the building after 10 pm in the dark! And during the entire stay there was NEVER a person in the front lobby/ office!! Hopefully no one needs anything during their stay there!! Can’t comment on customer service, as there was none!!
