Beautiful place!

Good communication with the host. Easy check in. The unit was clean. Kitchen well equipped. Pictures and descriptions are accurate with the exception of no drapes in the bedroom (shutters). Whether intentional or not, soap and shampoo bottles were only partially filled although other 'starter packs' were provided for laundry, dishwasher, TP, etc. Free parking with direct access to the building. Resort has great location on beach within walking distance of boardwalk, shops and restaurants. Although there were no performances in winter, the bandshell is adjacent to the premises and would provide live entertainment in summer. There was some daily entertainment offered (the mini golf is laughable, the magician was typical and kid-centered, musicians provided relaxing and festive tunes). The lazy river was enjoyable. Note, however, only the north pool was 'temperature controlled.' Major complaint: Resort rules are not enforced (Kids diving. Kids in hot tubs. Smoking on balconies. Reserving lounge chairs). All in all a very nice and relaxing stay. IMO this unit/resort was a bit overpriced. On a scale of 10, I give it a 9. Four stars because for a 5, it would have to be 'perfect'.

I had a great time staying in this condo. Although it was cloudy the whole week (hurricane week), I had an amazing view of Daytona Beach and the ocean. Everything that I needed was provided. The place was clean, from the floors, furniture, sheets, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Our experience at this Ocean Walk resort was nothing short of perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking ocean views and the beautifully maintained property. The unit was spotless, spacious, and had all the comforts of home—plus a few extra perks like a private balcony to watch the sunrise each morning. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the beach and within walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and entertainment. The pool area was pristine and relaxing, and the staff on-site were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.Whether you're looking to unwind or explore everything Daytona has to offer, this is the perfect place. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious beachfront escape!

Great location which had been updated with walk in shower. Recommend hand safety bar in shower and bleach to eliminateMold. Needs one chair with arms for living area. Great deck furniture. Will return.

Communicating with the property manager was easy. The staff on site was okay but seemed to be working to collect a paycheck instead of doing the job they were hired to do. Be friendlier, show compassion.

Resort was amazing kids loved every minute of it people was nice close to the pier and board walk . Few homeless people around on the walk way but they never bothered no one . Beach was kept clean as well

Great upgraded condo compared to others i stayed at in this property. Excellent communication and any issues where addressed in a timely fashion.. My only grip which is I look forward to booking again
