Beautiful room kitchen well equipped bathroom is nice beautiful view to the beach. I hope I get to stay at the same condo again maybe the owner might give us a deal hint hint, but it was absolutely wonderful. No problems with anything check in with easy. Everything was great.

The malfunctioning elevator caused ridiculously longer than normal waiting tie. It seems to me that your resort management would be able to handle repairs promptly. than that the stay was enjoyable.

It was clean! Very cutely decorated and felt homey. The couches were comfortable for movie nights and plenty of room for our girls trip. We had a great time! The owners respond fast and we had no trouble.

Great condo for the price! Couch and love seat are dated but comfortable. Nice bedding and most comfortable bed I have had at a condo. Quality toilet paper and paper towels. (if you know you know) Beth was an excellent host and went above and beyond! I reached out day 1 bc the unit was quite warm at 72 degrees and not able to adjust. She was quick to respond and lowered the unit to 71. Several hours later I asked that she lower to 70 and she explained that she would need to come by the unit to manually set to 70 and that was the lowest it could go without burning up the AC unit. She brought a box fan and a personal fan for me to use in the condo and at the beach. (gotta love hot flashes) She was so polite and did not act as though she was put out at all. The unit had a vacuum but no broom/dust pan. I recommended she add that for ease of cleaning for the guest. Would definitely stay here again.

Needed upgrading. Sufficient for someone who will not spend much time or cook. Nice location and pool area

Love the place! The pool are always clean and right on the ocean. It was our 1st time at PCB and we loved it! Only thing we didn’t like about the stay is you can’t change the temperature in the room and always waiting on the elevators or something going on with them. But we will definitely be back to stay again!

We enjoyed watching the sunset from our balcony.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Had plenty of room for family of five. The summit has everything you need there. You don’t have to leave in a vehicle for anything. Best place to stay on the beach in Panama city

We just recently stayed for 5 nights at this condo. It is a little old and outdated. They try to control the temp. When I messaged the owner, she said it’s to control humidity, etc. it is set on 71 or 72? I can’t remember. They have a lock box over the control for the unit. It’s very stuffy. I bought bleach to clean the bathrooms because the tub still had hair in it, scum build up and mold around sinks. Honestly, it’s just not clean. The bed isn’t comfortable. The couch is very old. I hate to sound like a complainer and I never leave reviews. I just was not impressed with this condo. We stayed at the summit last year and our room was much more enjoyable. Controlling the a/c and not being clean was the worst part.

Summit property was great! Views were fantastic! Condo was well equipped and decorated sharp. Beth was great to work with- couple questions and she got back to us immediately and saw that we were well taken of. Definitely will come again!!

This is a great condo with a beautiful view of the beach. The host is great and quick to respond to any questions! Stayed in this unit twice and have no complaints.

My husband & I thoroughly enjoyed our week at The Summit celebrating our anniversary. It was a great place for our first trip to PCB without the kids. The condo was clean, well maintained and the perfect size for us. We were a little nervous about the trip because Hurricane Helene was the week before. The owner always responded quickly to our messages. The Summit’s amenities are amazing! We will definitely go back!

Love staying at the Summit!! Beth was so easy to communicate with which makes the stay so much better!! Would definitely stay with her condo again— would love some high rise chairs on the balcony and then would be absolutely PERFECT!!!
