The amenities were lovely. Everything was in working order and it was an excellent stay. I would definitely recommend this rental. The host was very responsive.

Beautiful views in a nice and quiet community. The condo is beautifully decorated with many amenities. I loved that there were plenty of towels and wash cloths. The host was easy to contact and very friendly. We had a wonderful stay!

Everything was clean and comfortable. Loved the balcony views. We enjoyed the game table as we play games in the evening on vacation. Plenty of towels and beach supplies. Host kept in touch to make sure all was good. I wish we could have stayed for a longer trip. Thank you

The booking and check in processes were smooth, the condo is clean, higher end comfort, quality furnishings, all the supplies you’d ever need and a balcony that you never want to leave. It is honestly in the best location on Cocoa Beach. Your view is the beach. You walk off the property and you are on the beach. Bathrooms are clean, beds are comfortable, sheets are comfortable, washer and dryer in the unit, kitchen has everything you’d need, and there are even beach towels and beach chairs.There is a nice small town feel to the community and some good shopping just 15 minutes away. We’ll be back.

We had an amazing time at this awesome condo! It was clean and well equipped with what we needed, and great for the family. Check-In and Check-Out was very smooth. The view from the balcony, the beach, and watching the sun come up was amazing. Property was clean and well maintained. The grounds and pool was lovely, and the beach was easily accessible. The location is awesome, not overly crowded, and absolutely a gorgeous beach. There is lots of restaurants within a few miles, and a short drive to the Pier and the Cape. We will definitely be back!

The kitchen had many amenities to include extra ice maker, and foam frother. The outside balcony furniture was great cause that is my favorite place to relax. Many places I have been do not have comfortable outdoor furniture. Big plus for me. Beds were very comfortable and had lots of beach stuff available for use. If I were tovreturn to this area I would stay here again.

We had the most wonderful week at this property! The location, view and balcony were absolutely stunning. My mom loved having her coffee overlooking the ocean every day. Short as possible walk to the beach, beautiful pool and hot tub. Stunning wraparound windows. Can’t say enough about what a great time we had. Our group was a married couple, three teenage/college age daughters and their grandmother.

We had a wonderful time! Very spacious and clean. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Keith was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. There was so much to do nearby and right on the beach. Highly recommend this unit on Cocoa Beach!

Our family spent a week at the condo and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! We booked this last minute due to a change in location from the Gulf Coast to the Atlantic coast due to hurricane Helene. Keith was so accommodating and made the whole process so easy and seamless. The place was perfect for 3 adults and 2 children. So much room, so clean, and had everything that we needed and more! We even got to see a rocket launch right from our balcony! It’s very conveniently located to the beach and of Cocoa Beach top places to visit. I highly recommend staying here.

We recently stayed in unit 611 a beautiful beach condo, and it was an incredible experience. The condo is perfectly located right on the beach, offering breathtaking views of the ocean. One of the highlights was the wrap-around balcony, which allowed us to enjoy panoramic views and stunning sunsets every evening. The interior of the condo was just as impressive. It was well-furnished with comfortable and stylish furniture, making us feel right at home. The condo was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which added to our comfort during our stay. Additionally, the amenities provided were top-notch. We had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to high-speed internet. Overall, we had a fantastic time at this beach condo and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway. Michelle

Perfect location, spacious and clean! We loved this condo, the kitchen made it easy to cook meals for my family while away from home. Easy walk to the beach for everyone and we got to see a few launches while we were here!

The condo is lovely. They have truly thought of all your needs. It was wonderful having the toiletry items available to use along with so many bath and beach towels. The stocked closet with chairs, umbrella and toys, all you need for a day at the beach was such a treat! The adorable swan towel sculpture on the bathroom sinks made it feel like we went to Disney! We definitely would stay here again if we visit Cocoa Beach again.
