Very nice room that is located close to Pier Park and plenty of things to do without having to drive. Everything is just as described. Only downside I would say, if it's really a downside, would be that the room is so nice and clean that if you have kids you'd want to be careful and make sure and cover the sofas etc with the provided sheets. The host is great, check-in was simple. I didn't really notice in the listing, but I was reserving at the last minute so it may be there and I didn't see it, but you do have to pay for parking.

Beautiful condo!

The condo was absolutely beautiful—clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. The included beach chair service was such a nice bonus and made our beach days even more relaxing. The host was fantastic with communication, always quick to respond, and very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay we arrived and was greeted with a bottle of wine and Godiva chocolate. The place is beautiful and very clean. The host was wonderful in communicating everything we needed to know. We enjoyed our stay very much and would book this again.

This condo was clean, well decorated and came with lots of amenities like beach chairs, sand toys, and a crab net. We also had a nice welcome gift of chocolates and rose. Location is super convenient and walking distance to everything. We highly recommend!

We had so much fun! The house had an amazing view of the beach. It was very clean and put together. We had no issues with our stay. Very responsive and communicative.The condo was perfect for our family of 4.We will definitely be staying here again next year. Everything was great within the resort and walking distance. Updated unit exactly like described and depicted on the listing. Easy check in, great location, view, and amenities with very comfortable beds. Host very easy to communicate with and was very willing to try to make up for a few minor inconveniences that were not within her control. If we ever go back to PCB, would definitely try to stay here again.

We stay at Aqua each time we come to PCB and we have fond our favorite condo! Beautiful decor, clean, great view! Host was fantastic to work with! Very responsive!

The unit was perfect. Its everything they said it was and more. The Aqua is very clean and well maintained. I will book this unit again. Check and communication was perfect.

This suite is unlike any other. It was as elegant as the pics listed. Top notch decorations and very comfortable. Becky was awesome. Checkin was perfect! We will definitely revisit.

Absolutely beautiful condo that was stocked with every amenity a guest could need. It was a surprise and pleasure to be welcomed with beach cups. The condo was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect right on the beach with a short walk to Pier Park. While there was an hour delay in the check-in process, the host was very kind and the accommodations exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

Beautiful room! Very, very clean and well stocked for all beach needs! We had a great time and would definitely return. Great, easy communication with owners. Definitely five stars!
