Las Mananitas Oceanfront 2BR Condo - Best Location in Complex!

There are not enough words to describe our EXCELLENT stay at this property. Everything was exactly as described, pictures do not do it justice! From the moment we walked in, we had that we are home feeling. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware, utensils, spices etc. Although we only used the primary bedroom, the bed was very comfy, pillows/linens/towels were great. We spent most of our evenings on the deck staring out at the beach/ocean. What a joy each evening would bring watching engagements, weddings, birthdays etc. When I say this, keep in mind that there was no noise/partying accompanying these moments. We would eat supper early in anticipation of what would be happening each evening. The area/complex we found quiet & relaxing, everyone was friendly, & helpful if we had questions. Within walking distance of large grocery store, and if you are up for it, about 30 minute walk to the town center plaza. Many stops on the way to grab a cold one if needed. Uber was our friend if we did not feel like walking, or if we needed to venture further away; always prompt & reasonable. Host was great at communicating. We were looking for tranquility, rest, relaxation, sun, beach, ocean - this property fulfilled all these and PLUS. Highly recommend!

First off, the location is perfect. Oceanfront, plus conveniently located within walking distance to some great restaurants/cafes. Place was clean and well stocked. Would most definitely stay here again!

Had a fantastic 3 weeks this past winter. Todd was an excellent, responsive host who addressed every question we had. The only issue we had was some noise from our neighbours above us, and Todd took care of it immediately. The location is super quiet Sunday to Friday, but Friday and Saturday nights were quite active. My husband and I really enjoyed watching all of the celebrations (proposals, baby gender reveals, weddings, etc) during these days, and by 10:30pm everything was nice and peaceful for sleeping.Perfectly clean. Gorgeous view. We loved listening to the waves crashing against the shore. No full direct sunlight in the condo, but got some wonderful morning sun on the balcony. We had some unbelievable shows put on by the whales in the mornings! We will 100% return to this condo and rent from Todd again. He visited briefly near the end of our stay, and we got to see for ourselves his dedication in keeping the property in excellent condition. There was enough equipment in the kitchen that I could do some proper cooking and baking during our stay. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Showers were large and hot. Everything was there for us to enjoy the ocean and pools. Cleaning items like a mop and vacuum was available for us to keep things nice and tidy.Loved our holiday. Best holiday, and location, we have ever stayed.

Property owner was great at checking in with us throughout the stay! Beautiful view and the property is immaculately maintained. Wonderful experience and highly recommend!

Booked a last minute trip for my wife, my daughter, and me. This unit was perfect. The separate bedrooms with attached baths were great...the view/location were perfect. Spent our mornings on the balcony watching the surf. The complex had everything we would expect and was not crowded (NOTE: we went during the low season) and definitely felt like it be more mellow even during the high season. We had easy access to the grocery store and could walk to many restaurants. Taxis were easy; just across the street, and Uber was always close. 10 minute ride to Centro San Jose or under 15 to the marina. Finally, Todd was a great host. Always in communication with us. Checking in regularly and very responsive. Would definitely stay in this unit again and would recommend it highly.

We stayed at Todd's condo for 3 weeks and had a wonderful time. The location is the best as you can walk to the grocery stores and many nice restaurants and coffee shops. We spent most of our time on the patio enjoying the views, even spotted a couple of whales. This condo really does have the best views of any of the other ones in the complex. The grounds are immaculate as are the pools. There were always available pool chairs and umbrellas. The security people are friendly and helpful. We didn't need a car as we walked or caught the local bus in front of the complex. Todd was very easy to deal with and kept in contact before and during our stay. Can't wait to return to this little bit of paradise. Thanks Todd for sharing with us.

Everything was great in this condo. the location is amazing and close to amenities for day to day and a nice 30 minute walk to the square. The view and balcony were absolutely amazing to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. This spot was just what we wanted...beach front, relaxing, and quiet. The set up was perfect for us and corner unit balcony was large and comfortable with spectacular views. We look forward to being back next year!

Todd was great about communicating with us and gave us many helpful ideas on where to eat and what to do. The Las Mananitas complex is beautifully maintained with many areas to sit and enjoy the ocean view or the sparkling pools. The condo is clean, updated, well maintained and boasts a stellar oceanfront location. The ample comfortable seating areas on the patios provide inviting places to read and listen to the surf. It is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Our time there was relaxing and enjoyable.
