Las Mananitas Ground floor overlooking the Pools and Sea of Cortez! Ocean Front!

This place could not have been any better! Lovely outdoor patio area is literally steps away from the pool and beach. Well equipped with everything you could possibly need and super comfortable beds. Easy to Uber everywhere, short walk to a grocery store. We had a surfer in our party and were easily able to walk to a surfing location (with a super fun bar/restaurant for those of us not surfing!) Communication with the host was amazing~we couldn’t figure out how to use one of the showers when we first arrived (my issue…shower was great!) and he literally called me within minutes of getting my text. Ocean was stunning (we saw whales jumping from the pool deck our first day!). I was glad we were aware before we arrived that it wasn’t a swimming beach. We would not have changed anything for our week of a relaxing vacation in Mexico. Highly recommend and would absolutely book this place again.

Very nice condo, well decorated and has everything you need for the stay. you can see beautiful sunrises right from the patio. Loved being close to the beach.

The unit was extremely clean and decorated tastefully. Our host was easy to communicate with. We would have loved to be able to swim on the beach right outside, but the pool was magnificent. We were able to swim at other beaches not far away. After visiting Cabo San Lucas we were glad we were in San Juan del Cabo - fewer people and less traffic. This is definitely a 5 star accommodation.

The pictures & description don’t do this condo justice. It’s absolutely beautiful!! Condo has everything you can possibly need. It is beautifully decorated & the beds are so comfortable. The complex is stunning!! It is secure, well maintained & very clean. Pools are amazing & the sound of crashing waves!! Be still my heart! Location is fantastic. Easy walk to many restaurants, grocery stores or pharmacies. Doug is so easy to work with and answered all our questions promptly. We will be back!!

Being on the ground floor extends your living space directly into the pool and beach. My 83 year old father with dementia was able to go outside and enjoy his family because of this easy access. We were able to easily keep an “eye” on him while we were at the pool and he was on the private patio.

Our family had a wonderful time in Cabo at this condo. The layout is great for families….plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Being on the ground level provided convenient access to the pool and beach. Great location….close to San Jose and walkable to shops and grocery stores. We will be back!

Resort like vacation without distractions of fighting for a chair in the sun or a hustle of continual tips from servers. Home away from home. Easy access to markets, restaurants and shopping! Beautiful beach strolls, impressive sunrises, and sunsets.

Our family of 6 stayed in this lovely condo over the Christmas holiday and it was amazing. The pictures and online description were accurate, but don’t do it justice. The condo had everything you could want, and the location was perfect. Very easy to get to activities in both San Jose and Cabo. The owner had great communication. I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next trip to Cabo.

Very nice condo in a great location.

The condominiums are very nice and kept up well. The landscaping is pristine and the view from this particular condo is amazing! The condo is roomy and clean and was the perfect size for our family of 6. There’s a full gym, tennis court and basketball hoop which was great for my kids. There’s also a little putting green one complex over. There’s a couple restaurants nearby that you can walk to, but having a car was helpful to explore the surrounding area. The old historic town is a must! The one thing I’d like to mention is that the residents here in this complex definitely enjoy their quiet and peaceful pool time. For the most part I got the impression that people are here to quietly relax. There weren’t many kids when we were there and several residents, including the security guard, corrected my kiddos who honestly were just being kids. They were told they couldn’t throw the ball in the pool area, which is fine because there’s a huge stretch of sandy beach right out front but they were actually very harmless in what they were doing. Out of consideration for the residents, I felt like I was constantly making sure my kids weren’t being too loud, which did make me feel quite stressed. So I left thinking that this place might be best for people traveling without children. Or maybe even people traveling with very quiet children. Overall it’s a great condo though with everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing trip!

The overall property was breathtaking. Everything was so clean and well kept. The home was spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything a cook could possibly want or need. Lots of towels, both beach and bathroom. I hope to stay here again.
