Largest Indoor Water Park - Direct Oceanfront One-Bedroom - Great Views

Room was great. Host was great. The resort does not close off the water parks until the end of October and we were not aware of this. It was rainy/windy and the water was cold in most areas. One hot tub was cold and one did not have the functions of bubbles/jets but it was hot. Lazy river outside was warmer than the one inside but with rain and wind, it wasn’t enjoyable either. The resort used to be top notch, it’s time for some upgrades though. Plastic ceilings were not even see through anymore. It’s starting to feel run down which stinks bc we have enjoyed dunes village for over 15 years now.

We’ve stayed a Dunes Village before and this unit didn’t disappoint. Very clean open floor plan compared to some of the other units we’ve stayed in. Will hopefully be able to stay here again.

The condo was clean, ready for our family and exactly as pictured and described. The hosts were responsive and accommodating. The resort itself is right on the beach and have a mix of indoor water park activities for the kids and outdoor beach access. Great!

Room had a great view of the beach/ocean. Very close to many popular attractions. The pool and waterpark in the facility was great for rainy days or when the kids grew tired of the beach.

Lots of fun, family friendly activities with different events daily. The waterpark had something for everyone. The onsite restaurant was good. The condo has a beautiful view of the beach and they provide beach chairs, no beach towels though. Definitely recommend bringing your own, the piol has some but they are tiny.

The property was exactly as described online. Checkin/out was easy, the room was very clean, communication was great. Highly recommend!

Looking for a quick getaway for spring break- booked this place- thought we were getting a place that walked right out onto the ocean….its an OLD condo complex which has seen better days. The property is mediocre at best and the condo hasn’t been renovated in 40 years.Only stay here if you are just looking for basic shelter and indoor pool

We really enjoyed our stay, the location was great, and we really enjoyed the water park. The gift shop was perfect, and the lady running the gift shop was so nice! I would totally stay here again!

The room was exactly as shown. Everything was very clean and taken care of. The resort overall was clean as well. Great place for children with all of the pools and water parks. A really good location as well. Very close to main attractions and the resort is easily found. Parking was great as well in the parking deck and right across the hotel and not a far walk. The resort is right on the beach and also very easily accessible. Overall I have no complaints. We would stay here again.

The property was beautiful! We did go into the wrong entrance at first but made it to the correct check in. I will say the resorts loading and unload area is a bit chaotic and intense but once you get through that aspect, the parking garage across the street is easily accessible and everyone was very friendly! The instructions were very clear and we had no issues getting our wristbands and key cards! The condo was beautiful and clean. The view was incredible from our room (909). Checking out was a seamless process and even when we had to run back to the room to look for an item, Marian was already in the room cleaning and she was super helpful and kind! All in all the girls had a wonderful time at the water parks and game areas and we greatly enjoyed the tiki bar with James!

We had an amazing stay. The resort was lovely and the room was just as we expected! No issues what’s so ever!

We absolutely loved staying here. My daughter was OBSESSED with all of the pool's. The owners of the unit we stayed in were great. Very responsive to our needs. Will definitely be back!!

I booked this trip for my family of four and we had the best time! The room had everything we needed and the view was awesome. Every morning I enjoyed my coffee and a book and enjoyed the sound of the ocean. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well all week. The resort had lots for the kids to do and we all had fun. The road in front of the resort didn’t have heavy traffic so getting in and out was not a pain, but we were close to everything. Thank you for letting us stay here and for such a wonderful and welcoming room. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.
