Stayed Feb 24, 2024arrived and on the first night we found a rat in the house upon looking for we found the house of the mouse it was located in the couch also the hot tub was not in use we paid for a couch that wasn't covered in rat piss and a hot tub to use but ended up with neither can provide pictures of proof if needed please reach out

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice, clean but not a true 3 bedroom. One master was great. Second bedroom had 3 single beds and the third was a loft. Wasn't the most ideal for 5 single adults but that could be considered our issue. Definitely a good price.

Stayed Mar 9, 2023A small group met there to ride Copper & it worked out well. A group of six adults (no couples)so one guy slept on the couch, but all good!

Stayed Feb 26, 2023Unit itself was fine. Well stocked and clean. Hot tubs in G building need serious work and facility itself needs repairs. Snow removal at the units (stairs and entrance to J building) was unsatisfactory.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing experience from start to finish. Before making this review I read the other reviews and was shocked at all the issues people were having. I typically look at reviews before booking, but did not this time and I am glad I didn't. The place was super clean, easy to access, and had all the items we could want. The gentleman I spoke to was very nice and answered all of my questions. We will definitely be booking in the future! The only reason I gave the property location 4 stars was because of all the steps to get to the door. Those steps are hard when you are not used to the thin air. We stayed at Buffalo Ridge.

There was a lot of room. The kitchen was well equipped. Having a washer and dryer available was nice. The only negative was the stairs and it being a loft, so not as private as a room.
