Large Sunset Balcony Two Bedroom

Great property. Clean, quiet, close to everything. Master bed is very comfortable. Great home base for an enjoyable trip.

We stayed for a quick girls’ trip and really enjoyed the place. Great location and very walkable to shopping, restaurants, breweries, etc. The unit was well appointed and also safe. Communication was easy and fast. We would recommend and would stay again!

The condo was perfect for our mini-vacation--nicely furnished, top end appliances, and a great location near downtown Asheville. We appreciated the security of the building and the convenience of an assigned parking space. We even got to see a beautiful sunset on our last evening at the condo! We'd happily stay there again if we return to Asheville.

Really enjoyed our stay. The building was on the edge of downtown and we were able to explore all of downtown on foot with ease. The condo was great and very comfortable with lots of conveniences, and the secured garage parking space was appreciated. A very short drive to the Biltmore. Had a great time enjoying Asheville!

It was ok. City noise. Washer dryer didnt work well and only needed to do 1 load. Kitchen Sink backed up 2nd day and was not usable. Was not informed about water boil alert. Could have picked up water before arriving. Grocery not walking distance this was not convenient. N

Would stay in this property the next time we visit Asheville. Very clean! There were extra towels in the bathrooms. The kitchen had a roll of paper towel, detergent and scouring sponge for us to use, along with the necessary utensils, pots and pans to make meals. The instructions provided were clear and made for an easy access to the garage and property.

Good location near multiple restaurants within waking distance. Perfect base location for day excursions.

Clean and spacious. Two adults and our adult daughter found this lodging to be perfect. Walking distance to everything, easy parking, well stocked unit. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Asheville

This condo was clean, well-furnished and equipped and even had a view of the mountains off the balcony. It was an easy walk to the downtown area with quite a lot of restaurants and bars. Asheville is a fun place to visit and would highly recommend it.
