LARGE, PRIVATE BALCONY with UNOBSTRUCTED VIEWS of the Gulf On Front Beach Rd!!

Lisa was great, she kept in touch with me to make sure we had everything we need. She also made sure we could find things to do while in town. The condo was great, clean and up to date, lisa made sure we had everything for our stay.

Enjoyed our stay tremendously! Everything about the condo was perfect! We loved the large balcony and comfy seating. Could not have asked for a better host!

Beautiful balcony and view, with nice table & chairs w/cushions. Wonderful sliding door! No trouble opening or closing! Spacious rooms with well-appointed kitchen, new appliances! Sofa Comfortable, tv had good reception; WIFI worked very well. Elevators, pool, hot tub all nice. There is a sauna and steam room with small indoor pool on site, didn't get a chance to use them, but they were in very good repair. Owner is a very good communicator with lots of tips and helpful suggestions of local sites and restaurants.

Very nice place to stay at, host Lisa is wonderful and was quick to answer any questions we had as well as able to accommodate a request we needed to help make our stay there even better! Nice touch to this place is the beach chairs, beach wagon, and beach toys already there to use if needed. We will definitely stay here again in our future visits to PCB!

This is by one of the best places we have stayed at in Panama City Beach. The owner was great with communication, called the day of check in to check on us and made sure everything was perfect by the time we arrived.

Very nice place. The couch was very comfortable. The elevators were pretty quick which is nice since you are on the 16th floor. It is just a short walk to the room from the elevator. The owners didn't have a bunch of rules like some places have. We didn't have to clean up the kitchen, gather towels, etc. before we left.

This was our second summer staying in this unit! Lisa was very easy to communicate with and accommodating. The condo was clean, not busy, and comfy.

Lisa was amazing. Sent us pics and videos before our stay. Kept in communication to ensure everything met our standards. Watched dolphins and sea turtles from the balcony. Would totally recommend this condo.

Lisa reached out to us via phone call on our trip down. Had a 20-minute conversation with her about ALL the things including check-in, things to do, places to eat, etc. After our phone call, she texted videos of how to get to and enter the condo, links to various things, FB pages, and more - SO HELPFUL and MUCH appreciated! The condo was beautiful. The kitchen is updated with new appliances and was supplied with everything we needed and then some! Very spacious place. We loved having access to the balcony from the master room. The views are to die for. I cannot wait to book our vacation here next year!

Beautiful condo, loved waking up and having that huge balcony to have my morning coffee on!! Also loved the layout of garage and elevators, never had to wait long for elevator and I know theres some places you have to wait forever for!!

My family and I had the best time here. The owner is wonderful at communication! We were able to walk to dinner multiple times and even got some souvenir shopping done without driving anywhere! There was plenty of space and the views were just gorgeous!! We would stay here over and over again!

Property manager was communicative and available, which is a 10/10 in my book. The property itself is well kept, clean, spacious, and had all amenities listed in the details. The views from the balcony and master bedroom are unbeatable! It is in a great location. Everything we were doing was within a 20 minute drive of the condo. Lots to do within walking distance too. My only complaint: when we got there, sand was on the floor and countertops. Just a small inconvenience, but a quick clean up. Overall, 5/5 stars, will stay here again!

We had a wonderful week here! Excellent location, spacious condo and huge balcony! We loved the easy, close access to the beach and the condo has lots of beach chairs, toys, and a beach wagon to use. Highly recommend!

This was one of my best visits to the beach. Lisa provided everything that we needed to make our stay great. We are looking forward to staying in the exact same condo for our next getaway!

This was our first trip to PCB and it did not disappoint. From beginning to end Lisa, our condo owner was amazing and always just a text away. The condo was very well taken care of. Decorated in beach theme that makes you feel cozy at the same time. The beds were comfy and the master king has an adjustable. The couch was super plush as well. The balcony was AMAZING. We had the absolute best views every single day. We searched and reviewed every condo in PCB and I’m so glad we found this one. It was perfect. At the 16th floor the elevators were very fast. We had one day the middle one didn’t work but maintenance fixed it the very next day. The pools and sauna were cleaned everyday and the surroundings were always clean along with the beach. We loved how many trash cans they had for beach goers to use. If I had to find a downfall, it would only be that I wish there were places to separate the recyclables from the regular trash. You can not go wrong if you choose this Twin Palms Condo. We can’t wait to go back.
