Large Private Balcony ~ Spacious Living Area

Very disappointed in our stay. This place had wonderful reviews but we had nothing but problems. We started our trip off with no hot water, so called and it took them a day and a half to fix it. They said we would be provided a parking pass which we never found and got a ticket. Then of course our hot water went out again and instead of making us priority we went another 2 days without hot water. So that's a total of 4 out of 6 days with out hot water and we have a 1.5 year old and 3 month old. The lack of communication was just ridiculous. We asked for a partial refund and shocker.... no response. And we texted 2 different people. See the no response on photos below. Why should i pay hundreds on host fees when they don't communicate when there is a problem.

Easy access to amazing white sand beaches! Many pools. Safe, easy check in and communication with host. Clean and well equipped. Thank you for an excellent stay! Golf right in property!

It was very clean and very nice. It had everything we needed. A close walk to the beach and restaurants. Stayed with my parents, husband and teens. They all enjoyed their stay and we would come back again.

Everything was great. The water got shut off for a possible leak, but it got turned back on right away.

The waterfall shower is very beautiful but very impractical. It doesn’t have enough pressure. It took my wife forever to get shampoo and conditioner out of her hair. She actually used the spare bathroom to shower in because of the waterfall shower.

It was a great place to stay. It was very clean, had comfortable beds, and was located near the beach and places to dine and drink. This was my family's first time in the region, and I will come back again.

Great place… location, cleanliness and communication. Only thing I wished was better by minor. No access to Ariel 1 pool and my little wanted their splash with the main… nice pool at this location and was perfect for them. Couldn’t find parking pass for the stay and couldn’t find dishwasher solution. Otherwise couldn’t have asked for a better stay would highly recommend and hopefully I’ll be back.

Room was spacious, clean and everything worked. Great vacation with excellent accomodations. Would love to stay here again.

Only thing that I didn’t like was hair in the shower and one sink in the bathroom didn’t drain that good. Other than that, I recommend this place and I would stay here again!
