Whispering Sands 101 is a large luxury condo conveniently located on 45th street just steps from the beach. Three bedroom, 2 bath unit tastefully decorated in beach decor can sleep 12. All the conveniences of home, including washer, dryer, full kitchen, 4 tvs and internet. The building has an elevator, an outdoor pool and the unit comes with 2 parking spots. This property rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season. The Jacuzzi tub is not working and is not included inthe rental.
Bed sizes include 2 kings, 1 queen, 2 pyramid bunks, a double sleep sofa and a queen sleep sofa. Guests provide sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish.
Smoking/ Vaping is not permitted on property grounds including balcony, except in the designated area located in the parking lot. No pets, please.
Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
