Stayed Jul 31, 2025Five of stayed here, with plenty of space. Very nice, updated unit right on the river. Made use of the hot tub and pool. Walkable to shopping and food, 10-15 minute walk to everything. Loves it! Would come back.

Stayed Jan 9, 2025We had an amazing stay at the property! The house felt like a cozy cabin, especially with the wood fire burning place. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the beautiful creek in the backyard was a highlight. Highly recommend this rental and hope to return soon!

Stayed Dec 28, 2024This two level riverfront condo is located within 7-10 mins of Downtown Aspen and Ajax mountain resort. Beds are comfortable and great for adults/couples/or families with adult children like us. Some of the kitchen equipment and supplies are dated so just read labels There is a swimming pool and 2 hot tubs that were nice to sit in after skiing or workouts. The workout room was pretty small so I went to local yoga studios and took amazing classes.
