This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is ideally located just a 5–10 minute walk from Canyon Lodge, making it a perfect choice for your winter getaway. The home features vaulted ceilings and a large, open-concept living area complete with a smart TV and a cozy wood-burning fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. The dining area can seat eight with additional seating for three at the kitchen bar. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals at home, and the private deck offers a gas grill for outdoor cooking. The upstairs primary bedroom features a queen bed and an attached bathroom. Downstairs, the second bedroom offers a king bed, while the third bedroom includes two twin beds. The fourth bedroom is set up with multiple bunk options, two twin bunks (best suited for children), along with an additional bunk featuring a twin on top, a double on the bottom, and a twin trundle underneath, making it ideal for larger families. With its generous layout and prime location, this condo is a great option year-round. In the winter, enjoy easy access to the slopes at Canyon Lodge, and in the summer, take advantage of nearby mountain bike trails just steps away. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club & Spa, Mammoth’s premier fitness and recreation facility. Enjoy a wide range of amenities including an indoor heated pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga, Pilates, cycle studio, racquetball courts, basketball court, and a variety of wellness and fitness classes. During the summer months, guests can also take advantage of the outdoor swimming pool, as well as tennis and pickleball courts. This condo sleeps a maximum of 10 people, there are 2 levels inside and no smoking or pets are permitted. Guests will be provided two parking passes.     Accurate description. Improvement suggestions: Some of mattresses really need an upgrade. I’d also check the outlet in the King bedroom (didn’t feel safe using). Internet was down for 2 days which is challenging if you need to do anything. Good: Well stocked. Management company was responsive. Hot Tub/Laundry area was great. Ideal location.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mammoth West #124 was very convenient for the price and as it was walking distance from Canyon Lodge. Staff was professional and prompt when they had reached out to us. The kitchen had a plethora of cooking appliances so it made it easy for us to plan meals for our large group. The large dining table and living room allowed all of us to come together for meals or to play games. However there were several things that made us dissatisfied with our stay. Half of the beds in the house were uncomfortable to lay in (old, squeaky and uneven mattresses) so it made it difficult for many individuals to sleep. The WiFi was not working, and the info package insisted that WiFi was spotty in the area. However we have stayed in other rentals in this area and had the opposite experience where WiFi connection was uninterrupted. Combined with the lack of cellular service in the area, no wifi was a large inconvenience to us as we were not able to communicate to others in our party when we were separated and to ensure the safety of our group. Additionally the cleanliness of the unit could have been improved. Upon closer inspection, we could see spiderwebs hanging from the ceiling and light fixtures. Trash and food crumbs was found between the cracks and on the trundle bed in the bunk bed room. Overall, the unit would benefit from a refresh - updated furniture and tv (couches were also saggy and uncomfortable), light switches that actually connect to the lamps, working WiFi, etc.

Get there early for bar seating or be sure to make reservations for the restaurant.

    Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great, however, there were some issues. The lamp in the bottom room was missing a light bulb, so we had to remove the bulb from the living room lamp to use. There was no cutting board, aside from the one that slides out of the counter. We were not aware that there was a wall switch that controlled the heat, so the first night was very uncomfortable. Curtains in the living room did not work so the room was pretty dark. There were not enough towels, so I had to call the management office.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay in the condo. It was plenty big for our group and very close to the chair lifts. The kitchen was well equipped, and there were plenty of beds. However, you can tell the building and amenities are aging. The lamp and overhead light in one room did not work. Some of the railings outside were damaged by the snow. And the TV and electronics are very old. We did enjoy the hot tub and sauna, but the jets did not work, and there was no bucket and ladle in the sauna. The rec room has a ping pong table and foosball table that need repairs. We would stay here again for the location, but it would be great if the necessary repairs and updates are made.
