The home was very clean and well stocked for our stay. We had a multi-family visit and the rooms were well suited for everyone we had coming. Additionally, there was perfect parking for our four vehicles, two with roof-top boxes and two without since the withouts could park in the garage. Lastly, the checkout process was very clear and straightforward without a bunch of extra steps that we've had to deal with at other properties. Overall, it was a perfect weekend!

For five days this house was perfect! Definitely a home away from home. The view is amazing and one that will never get old.

Also the unit has issues with the heating system, there is very uneven distribution of heat in house so some rooms get very hot and we had to turn off the central system and rely on individual heating units. I would not go back . Also there was a leak in lower floor master bedroom toilet which they did not manage to fix after two visits

Large house was perfect for my extended family from five different households. Common room was spacious, kitchen facilities were more than adequate even though we cooked large common meals every day. Location is terrific, hiking trail literally out the back door with access directly to Mammoth Basin if you have the legs for it. Very enjoyable experience overall, would definitely rent again.
