Large Deck + Views | Prime Location | Next to Fellin Park + Ouray Hot Springs

We had a Very good stay at this condo everything was so close especially the hot spring waking distance. The only issues was the noise from the equipment look like it was coming from the air vent in the night.

Overall, very nice. Loud furnace noises at times. Rooms were very warm. Had to open windows.Did have a beautiful view of the Northern Lights.

Great location in Ouray. Deck affords a nice mountain view, but overlooks a city overflow parking lot for large recreational trailers. Carpeting in bedrooms and den space old and stained. Otherwise the condo is very clean. I wouldn't choose to stay here again, but you might like it.

Nice place, super convenient to everything!

Location was ideal. Next to park and hot springs pool which my husband enjoyed. Short walk to the towns main street and short distance to the Million Dollar Highway. Quiet location and beautiful views off of the front and rear decks. Fully stocked kitchen and propane grill. Stayed 3 nights and had a great time!

The location, check in process, and cleanliness were all great. Again, the location is absolutely ideal. Just across the park from the hot springs, which allowed us to swim during the day and then head back for a night soak before they close at 10pm. A short walk to restaurants and shops in town. Beautiful view from the deck.Our only complaint was that, for the high price, the property itself is clearly in need of updates. Unfortunately, it's nothing you can really tell from the listing's photos, but you notice when you walk in: the carpet/linoleum floor needs replacing, kitchen counter top surface is peeling off in places, kitchen appliances and bathroom fixtures are very old, the furniture is dated, etc. As an example, the dryer had a dial break during our stay. The host was very responsive and quickly provided a locking pliers as a work around--but this demonstrates the condition of the property. For the price, guests are deserving of newer/nicer furnishings, appliances, and interiors.Nevertheless, if you need a clean, safe place to stay in Ouray, it's well suited for a family of four.

Great house with a good location to the town and right next to an open field with a playground!

This place is amazing!! The kitchen had everything you could imagine. The location is excellent, very close to everything. Very clean and modern, will stay again there.

Beautiful scenery, close to town and loved our cabin. It had everything we needed.

Beautiful views from the balcony. The bedrooms got hot at night even with fans running. Would appreciate the light switches being labeled and having access to a broom. Overall, very pleased with the home.

This place has the location. Easy walk to town, the river walk, and the park is right outside the door.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was great. The back patio was really nice (other than the fact the condo balcony above looks straight down into the patio—so not private at all). The location is amazing right by the park. We walked to the hot springs. The condo is listed as pet friendly, but the person above us complained immediately when we arrived that our dog barked and forced us to leave a graduation to come back. The woman also watched us out her front door the rest of the time we were there to be sure we took the dog with us when we left. She was over the top nuts. Anyway overall great place, great stay. Just wish we had seen the graduation we came to see.

Only spent two nights in Ouray but enjoyed our stay in the condo. Walking distance of everything Ouray City Central has to offer. Would like to hire the cleaners to come work for myself they do such a wonderful job. Would stay again.

Clean property with great access to Ouray hot springs as well as a short walk to downtown

Great property. the deck was exceptional to enjoy great views and connect with friends. Nice layout with the 2 bedrooms/baths separated by the living area. Strongly recommend.

Great time in Ouray. Apartment was charming - we especially liked stargazing from the balcony. Plenty of space for four adults and everything we needed was at hand.

We had a favorable impression of the property although it didn’t appear as nice as the photos in the listing (it is showing some signs of wear). Communications with the property management company were very straightforward and convenient. The location was a perfect home base for everything we wanted to do in the area.

This property was located in a great location we could walk to town and we were across from the park. We also loved the deck and spent a lot of time enjoying the views and beautiful weather.
