This condo offers an amazing long lake view decorated with Classic/Vintage Décor. The large windows are perfect for the fantastic lake view from the main living and dining area as well as the master bedroom. The open living space includes the kitchen and dining area. Fully-equipped kitchen including microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, ice maker, and granite counters.
There is a King-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in the 2nd bedroom, and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. There is a TV with a DVD player in the living area and TVs in both bedrooms. The Master bedroom has an en-suite bath with a tub/shower combo and the 2nd bath is off the hallway with a stand-up shower. There is a separate laundry with a full-size washer and dryer. Rent Branson owns a private, commercial laundry facility, which means all linens are washed in our high heat commercial washers with EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. You deserve the peace of mind that comes with a professionally cleaned home. After our housekeeping team has cleaned the home, our professional inspectors walk through the home to ensure every home is clean and ready for your arrival.
**ELEVATOR INFORMATION**
Elevators are owned and maintained by the Condo Owners Association at Treehouse Condos. There are elevators in buildings 9, 12/13 (attached buildings that share an elevator), and building 14. Rent Branson is not affiliated with the Condo Owners Association and is not responsible for non-working elevators. No refunds will be given if one is out of service during your stay.
Great place to stay. This was perfect for what we needed. Our plans were to spend all the time we could at Silver Dollar City. With the late nights for the summer this place was close and convenient!!
Condo shows some wear but otherwise clean and comfortable. Very close to Silver Dollar City and Lake. It's priced for those who want access to these two things but pricey for anyone spending most of their time on the 76 strip. This is a great area for summertime!

The view is fantastic. There is a clear view of the main channel and dam, and I enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the lake activities. The A/C is good and cold, and kept us comfortable. The ice maker in the fridge worked great! The beds were comfortable. The only negatives were that the pans in the cabinet were dirty, and we couldn’t use them to make breakfast. And, everything is pretty old and dated. Very old carpet, old lighting fixtures, and some of the window blinds need to be replaced as they are unusable. Could use a major renovation, or at least some painting, new carpet and blinds, etc. Aside from the previously mentioned pans, the unit was very clean. Overall, it met our needs, and I would stay again.
While weed-eating the landscapers threw up a rock and broke a window in our car while it was parked in front of the condo. We reported it in the office, but no one cared or did anything. This is the only VRBO I have stayed in where shampoo is not provided. view was great & condo was clean but not a great experience.
Everything we needed was right here at this place. The place was clean and well kept and the grounds are very well kept and beautiful. They must do a great job of positively reacting to feedback from customers because we were not asked to turn the hot water heater off and there was bar soap for us. These things were mentioned in another review. For a holiday getaway with my wife and son (we really needed it!) it was absolutely perfect. Thanks!
Everything was perfect! Very clean unit!! Great location, close to the marinas, SDC, and Branson! We will definitely stay here again!!
The accommodations were adequate , but not what I was expecting for the price. Furnishings need to be updated and some replaced. No carts for luggage. $ 40.00 charged for damages and not refunded for no damages
I would have rated 4.5 if that was possible. The condo was spacious and clean and in a great location which is close to everything. I would recommend and would rent again. Only two things would have improved our stay. The first is the owners ask renters to turn off the water heater when you leave. So when new renters arrive there is no hot water. We discovered this when we went to take a shower. It is noted in the owners condo book, but it would have been nice if there would have been a big notification sign on the water heater door. Also there was no bar soap. Other than those two items it was a great stay.
