I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great time at Skiwatch. Parking was easy, quick walk to base for gear pickup & great ski-in/ski-out access and ski lockers. The unit was well appointed for cooking meals and enjoying movie nights. Would stay again!

Stayed Feb 16, 2025Great Location to hit the trails. Ski right down to the lift and ski back at the end of the day. Can't beat this location. Place was perfect inside and had everything that we needed. Host also responded immediately to text messages. Looking forward to renting

Stayed Feb 7, 2025Very comfortable place! Loved being able to ski straight onto Rocky Mountain lift. They have lots of games and a spacious living room for a cozy evening in apres-ski. We were a small group, but there is tons of room for a big family. My daughter enjoyed playing the pac-man arcade game.

Stayed Dec 6, 2024Overall we were very very happy with this home. Location and proximity to slopes should be 10 stars. Home is well appointed and comfortable.The only reason 1 star was removed is a list of easily fixable items. Coffee Maker is not functional. Video game highlighted in several photos is not functional. Pots/Pans have seen better days. Nonstick pans look like someone tried to cook rocks and everything sticks to the stainless pans. Last, the living room TV has a vertical and horizontal row of dead pixels.All that said, we will highly likely book again for next year :)

Stayed Dec 21, 2023Absolutely ideal for a family looking for ski in/out accommodations. Communication with management is easy via text or email. Check in and out is very simple. You have great parking for large vehicles. Unit is very comfortable---kitchen is fully equipped. Gas grill works perfectly with full propane tanks. You walk about 30 steps down a hall in your ski boots, grab your gear out of your ski locker, and click in to ski out the back door of the complex. Can not be any easier. We had 2 adults and 4 teens 17-20 y/o with plenty of space. We will definitely be back. Best value I have found in Breck

Stayed Mar 26, 2023Certainly one of the ski in / ski out condos that I would recommend for a family. If available on our next trip will plan on staying here again.
