Large, comfortable 2 bedroom end-unit condo with WiFi and a partial view of the ocean and located in exciting downtown near the boardwalk and just a quick stroll to the beach!

I was surprised that this condo was on the 3rd floor of the building and there’s no elevator. This wouldn’t have been a problem for me, but I was there with my dad who had a knee replacement so it was hard for him to go up and down the stairs every day. I understand listings might not put the exact address of condos until the purchase is made, but it could be stated on the initial listing more noticeably that this was a 3rd floor condo with no elevator. On the plus side, with the condo being on the third floor and an end unit close to the beach, it had a great view of the ocean. I like that the living room was spacious and the dining room was on the same side as the kitchen and living room. I don’t like other condos that have the dining room separate and closer to the front door. The bedrooms were nice. The bathrooms were okay. Although one of the faucets in the showers was loose and it was difficult to turn the water off. We reported it and it was fixed the next day.My biggest problem with the condo was the fact there were ants in the kitchen. They were there the whole week all over the counter, the sink, near the microwave & stove, and on the walls behind the sink and counter. We also reported this. We were provided with a Raid spray can which works when you see the ants, but then more come afterwards. I killed a lot of ants during the 7 days we were there so they didn’t end up in my food/drinks. Overall, I would say the property had potential, but is actually just okay.

We were very happy with the location, apartment size, ocean view and cleanliness. All appliances worked which was nice too. We would recommend for others.

Condo was spacious with beautiful views of ocean and bay. Steps to the beach and great location!

Perfect location (loved the quiet area), layout & size. Easy check in/out. Cleanliness though, was not so great. It needs a good deep clean. I dropped the cap to my Advil & it rolled under the dresser. I moved the dresser to find a ton of dust bunnies & a pair of underwear that has clearly been there for quite some time! You can tell the doors, walls, & furniture haven’t been wiped down in quite some time. Also, be sure to provide your own hand soap & toilet paper!

Unit was nice but very dirty when we checked in food in refrigerator and cabinets bathroom not clean dirty towel and enough sand on floors to make a small sand box

It was as listed close to the beach, clean and convenient to the restaurants, mini golf and convention center!!

The realtor was great but the condo and items included need a ton of work.
