Large and Spacious Beachfront Condo w/Furnished Balcony, Free WiFi, & Central AC

We like the updated and spacious interior, the location, and the included bed linens, wash towels, and starter toiletries. All very helpful. We appreciate the fully equips kitchen but some of the cookware is showing its age. We also appreciate the beach supplies like chairs and boogie boards. The one beach umbrella was broken but useable. Check in and check out we’re ready and the price was reasonable this year which is why we rented it again.

The condo was exactly as described and very clean except for the coffee makers that had salmonella in them and were probably never cleaned. There were a lot of drunk obnoxious neighbors in this building which wasn't the greatest. The sound ordinance seems to be a hoax. The balcony was ok but didn't protect from any rain. The parking space and unit location were very convenient. The proximity to the boardwalk was a little further than we anticipated but we could drive everywhere if we paid to park.

We loved the large balcony, washer dryer, 2 bathrooms was very convenient. Very large loving space. We loved staying here.

We didn’t know there was beach stuff provided for us. That’s a great plus! The proximity and walk to the beach was awesome! We could leave the beach stuff in the car instead of bringing it to the condo. That is a huuuuge win! The place had great air conditioning (we brought a fan incase the air circulation was bad, didn’t need it). We really enjoyed our stay and the folks staying in the same complex were very respectful and not very loud. The WiFi is the only complaint we have. The Roku in the condo kept disconnecting, but our phones were fine on the WiFi. I think the Rokus may have been the problem there. Not enough to lose a star, but if that gets fixed, this place would be a place we come back to over and over again! Great place that we highly recommend!

Nice rental. Steps to beach. The kitchen is updated and fully stocked. Comfortable beds. Plenty of shelves and hooks and racks in and around bathrooms. Spacious living area. Included beach chairs, umbrella, a couple of high quality boogie boards, and a bike! Most importantly it was clean! Linens, bath towel sets and starter soaps and shampoos were also included! Would definitely rent again.

Nice location. Plenty of room in the living room. A little difficulty with the TV hetting online, but was able to resolve that quickly with the manager. Close to the beach. Boogie boards available. Overall good property.

We had a most wonderful vacation in a fun, comfortable place. We loved the big round dining table.

Happy with our stay. The place was supplied with sheets & towels which was a bonus! There were also a few beach chairs and boogie boards. Another bonus! The place was clean, nice appliances, well stocked with dishes, etc. My only issue which really isn't an issue at all was that we arrived early and it was evident the place was vacant. When I went to VACASA to ask for an early check-in 2pm, the response was the unit isn't ready... which really meant they don't allow early check-ins. I then asked if we could at the very least use the two parking passes until 4pm check-in and that was also a no even though the spots were not being used. I'm used to dealing with private owners who are more lenient - but this is what you get with commercial business - they're more by the book. All in all it was a great stay and I would recommend it!
