Stayed Jun 27, 2025We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, but still peaceful and relaxing. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication a breeze. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jul 11, 2024Our stay at this condo in Myrtle Beach was truly amazing. I was incredibly impressed by how immaculately clean the place was—it made me and my family feel completely comfortable. The location was fantastic, though it's worth noting the house is on the third floor without an elevator. I have zero complaints about the house itself; it was perfect for our needs. The host was exceptionally responsive and assisted us promptly throughout our trip. They were thorough in ensuring we had an enjoyable stay, and the detailed manual provided all the necessary rules and answers to our questions. However, I must mention that the numerous rules did add some stress to our stay. I have rented houses for vacation in the past, and I must admit that the constant communication and emphasis on rule adherence felt a bit overwhelming at times. Additionally, we were required to thoroughly clean the apartment prior to check out. While I don’t mind keeping the place tidy, I was surprised at the expectation to do what felt like a deep clean given that we had already paid a cleaning fee with our reservation. I also felt additional pressure because I opted out of the insurance and had to pay a $3000 deposit that I wanted returned. The host had me send her a video upon check out, and that helped to expedite the return of my deposit. Despite these minor points, our overall experience was excellent.
