Stayed Nov 19, 2025Everything was perfect! Wonderful setting and community. The unit was clean and well stocked. We didn't need anything! The bed was very comfortable. The unit came with fun toys like scooters, kayaks and fishing gear. Everyone in the community was so friendly including the gate and office staff. The entire place was extremely dog friendly. The heated pool and hot tub were great and had a beautiful view of the water. The community bar was hopping and full of friendly residents/guests. The host was extremely accessible and helpful!

Stayed Apr 13, 2024Marie is a great host, always contactable if needed, and her apartment is tastefully and comfortably furnished and in a super location. Waterside is a wonderful, safe, beautiful location with lots to do in a very friendly environment. If you want to swim, play pickleball or shuffleboard, go to the gym, or simply walk or jog the well kept grounds you will find everything here. It's also peaceful, despite the number of properties on site. The staff in the office are so helpful and everyone staying here are always so friendly, probably because it's such a delightful place to be. I highly recommend a stay at Marie's delightful apartment.
