With family attractions, mini golf, seafood spots, beach bars, shopping, & entertainment just right around the corner. Everything you need for a memorable beach vacation is right at your fingertips. From sunrise strolls on the beach to sunset views from your balcony, Lands End delivers the ultimate Panama City Beach experience.

Rather soak up some sun on the beach The most beautiful beaches are right outside your window. Enjoy all the Gulf has to offer, warm white sand, emerald water, parasailing, kayaking, snorkeling/scuba, fishing, dolphin watching, swimming, surfing, wave runners, and more. Or just relax on the beach and people watch. Dining options are in every direction. The complex sits next door to Pineapple Willey's, a great place for food and drinks. Want some live music and more great food, go east on Thomas Drive to Hammerhead Fred's (They do charge a small cover at night in the lounge.) If you are a breakfast fan and like a throwback to the 50's check out the All-American Diner on Front Beach Road. C Level Restaurant & Saltwater Grill & Grand Marlin offer more upscale dining and are great for romantic occasions - the food is AMAZING.

Please note prior to booking there is a 25-age requirement to book this condo & stay @ this resort. Person who books must be 25 at the time of booking & present during the entire stay. Please also, note everyone in the party must be 25 or older unless under 18 & accompanied by somebody 25 or older. This is strictly enforced. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement of all guests upon check in guests will be evicted and will not be refunded for the stay. After booking a signed rental agreement & a copy of the person driver's license who booked will be requested. Rental Agreement & Driver's license must be sent back within 48 hours of booking to secure your reservation. If no signed rental agreement & driver's license is sent back within 48 hours guests forfeit reservation & will not be refunded.

This property does not allow Spring Breakers under 25 years of age. Absolutely no exceptions. Please do not inquire asking if exceptions are made. There are absolutely no exceptions made to this policy.

No outside golf carts or scooters are allowed within the resort.

No smoking if any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine. There is no smoking on the balcony per the resort.

Check In Time is 4pm check out time is 10AM if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour charge.

Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am. If we are notified by security of guests be disturbing to others, you could be evicted with no refund.

No unregistered guests allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We do not allow extra guests - including children of any age, we count heartbeats - and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps. This includes visitors. This unit sleeps 4 people max per the fire marshal. No exceptions. If the fire marshal is called to the unit because you are over the legal occupancy, you will be responsible for the fine associated with him coming out.

Maintenance & cleanliness issues should be reported to us within 2 hours of checking into the unit. We want to ensure that maintenance issues & cleanliness issues are addressed as soon as the guest checks in so Anchors Away can make it right. Failing to do so guests will be responsible for damages reported after the checkout inspection & after the 2-hour window of checking in the guest takes the unit as is. Please make sure to inform us of any issues regarding maintenance & cleanliness when you arrive.

Failure to take out trash or excessive cleans caused from guest's additional charges will apply. The management company will have the right to charge the guest between $150.00- $300.00 for failing to abide by this rule.

Please note we only provide a starter pack of Amenities, just to get you through the first night.
One roll of paper towels, 1 toilet paper for each bathroom, 1 trash bag for each trashcan, 1 sponge for the kitchen, 1 cascade, 2 pods for laundry, 1 bar soap, 1 shampoo for each bathroom, & 1 conditioner for each bathroom. We do not provide these items for your entire stay.

We respectfully ask all guests not to move the furniture around. All the furniture must be placed back where it was found. During the checkout inspection if furniture is moved around & not put back additional charges will apply.
Check in is 4pm central on the day of arrival & checkout is 10am central on the day of departure. We do not allow early check ins. By booking guest agrees to wait to go to the property until the 4pm check in time or when you have been told by the office that the unit is ready.

1 Parking Pass & 4 armbands can be purchased from the office or security for $50.00 - Please note - you are only allowed 1 parking pass and 4 armbands. No exceptions.

There is no smoking allowed on the balcony. This is a resort rule. Additional charges will apply if this rule is violated.

located on the ground floor. ***

For your protection & ours, we have a ring camera on the front door which records audio and video of the entrance. Do NOT tamper with or cover the camera. If you cover or tamper with the camera - you could be evicted & no refunds will be given.

This property is not pet friendly. Please note: if any evidence of a pet is found or if we find an unauthorized pet in the property, we will evict you immediately without refund and/or charge a fine of $500.00. All ESA Animals & Service Animals must be disclosed at the time of booking.

The damage waiver included in the booking breakdown does not cover missing items. Examples: missing wristbands, missing beach towels, missing kitchen ware, missing linen, or missing parking passes. Guests will be responsible for paying for those charges.

There is a damage waiver included in the booking breakdown that covers accidental damages. The rate in the booking breakdown is for stays less than 28 days.
If a guest books a 28-90 night stay the rate does increase for those reservations. Guests will be responsible for the difference in the price.
Rates 28-59 nights will be $280.00 for the coverage 60-90 nights will be $450.00 for the coverage. If you have any questions regarding this charge please inquire first before booking.

    Condo has everything. Food store was a block away within easy walking distance. Beach access was dirctly in back w I thin 150 feet.

    We liked the property and location but did not like the many dogs in the condo complex. Many off leash, some pooping all over the place, and some ownders not cleaning up after.

    The pictures showed keurig cups but there were not any so we had to go back to the store for coffee. Maybe update the listing saying there is a keurig and regular coffee maker that requires the renter to bring their own coffee. Need to leave more than one roll of TP for stays that are more than a couple of nights. Location was great. Access was great. View was great.

    Mirrors all over condo make place look bigger than actual. Everything else was pretty much clean, great location, nice pool, owners were immediate responders for help and questions. Notice they do keep the air on a certain schedule during the day while you are out so it will have to cool in the evening some when you get in. Wasn't bad tho. One detail that I didn't like was the floor needed to be mopped really bad my feet were black walking from bedroom to bath even when I first got there. Overall it was a great experience!

    We took a mother/ daughter trip to celebrate my daughter's 16th birthday. The condo was exactly what it advertised and looks just like the pictures. This condo was clean, safe, and ideal for a couple or small family. The view from the balcony is breath taking. We cannot wait to come back and visit again.
