Large windows bring in natural light and showcase the surrounding mountain scenery, while direct access to the deck makes it easy to step outside and enjoy the fresh air.

The kitchen is fully stocked and thoughtfully laid out, offering everything you need to prepare meals with ease. Whether you’re making a quick breakfast before heading to Snowbasin or cooking dinner after a day at Pineview Reservoir, the space is both functional and welcoming. Bar seating and a nearby dining table provide plenty of room for gathering, sharing meals, or planning the next day’s adventures. A washer and dryer are also conveniently located on this level.

Just off the main living space, step outside onto the private deck where the experience truly comes to life.
