Stayed Mar 27, 2026When we got to the Litchfield by the Sea check in desk (development where Lakeside Villas are) they told us our reservation was not this unit but at Heron Marsh (also on property). When we said that was incorrect, they found another, smaller Lakeside Villas unit my DIL and grandchildren could use. They made it work, but it’s a mystery to me why there was a discrepancy between our rental through VRBO and what they were seeing on their computer. Never solved.

Stayed May 24, 2025We have stayed at the resort before, but never at a unit like this one. The unit was clean, well taken care of, perfectly located within the resort and was perfect for a family of 8. The resort itself is very family friendly and safe and has everything you would want. The beach is clean and just a short walk away. We will definitely be back!

Stayed Jul 5, 2024Great location near the beach. Clean property and as-advertised. Pasta is a go-to for vacation renters (especially those with children) and it was pretty surprising that a basic kitchen tool was nowhere to be found.
