The floors in our condo still had some stuff on them when we arrived and the rug in the living room had never been vacuumed or shook out. Otherwise though the condo was otherwise clean and in good condition. There was some trash on the beach, and sand around and in the pools that did not get cleaned up the week that we were there. Overall though it was an ok place to stay but could use some better HOA property maintenance

Stop with all the automated emails and texts. You literally drove me nuts. I just counted. Do you realize I received 27 communications from RNR? I felt completely bombarded. I would never rent another RNR property. And I’ll be encouraging anybody I know to avoid them also. Did you ever consider that some of us are on long vacations, with many, many bookings? If I received these many texts and emails from every place we are staying, my phone would become useless. You guys make me wish I’d gone to Motel 6. And no, I don’t want any more communication from you. PLEASE!

Great location near Heavenly Ski Resort, village, casinos, restaurants and stores. Everything we needed was nearby. The unit was clean and was equipped with everything we needed. Walls are thin and was noisy at times. However, overall we were satisfied with our stay.

Some traffic noise,,,so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper or get a free App called white noise with a large selection. My favorite was called Gentle Waterfall...worked great! Underground garage parking was convenient...with easy elevator access to the 3 floors. Balcony view is of an adjacent building. RNR communication was great although signing contract was a long process but agent helped get me through it.

The place was clean and comfortable. The beach access was pretty cool. I thought parking would be an issue, but there were plenty of spots. There's a parking garage below the building which we found convenient. We had a really good time.

Really enjoyed our stay and location this year. Thank you for a wonderful place.
