Excellent location
Great property, exactly as shown.
We stayes here for thanksgiving weekend it was quite cozy. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean and fresh. The place also has a pool and jazuzzi available. The kitchen is fully stocked with cokning utensils and basic necessities. There were plenty of extra towels and blankets. The host was super attentive and answered all questions super fast so you never feel helpless. Overall we had a good stay and enjoyed the area close to everything. Oh and we saw bears that was pretty cool
Perfect location. A short walk to the beach. We walked to restaurants. We came out for a wedding and were able to walk to the wedding venue. Also saw the Talac site. This location was perfect. Lots of restaurants you can walk to. Hiking nearby. Historic sites nearby. The place was quiet, clean and a great location.
Constant construction, workers even entered our unit without consent. Very dated unit and complex. Do not stay here if you have any allergies.
The Lakeland Village grounds are excellent! Our family love the location and have stayed here several times but in different condos. Lakeland Village is close to many restaurants, located on the beach, and have several amenities including pools, suana, hot tubs, and a gym. My only complaint however, is this particular condo is in need of updates!
Enjoyed our visit here. The location is good, easy access to beach, shops, restaurants. Nice pool area. Can be a bit noisy, there is little or no control over what goes on in this side of the building. The building is under renovation so doesn’t look very appealing outside, although there was little evidence of anything happening.
The property was under renovation and the listing didn’t disclose that. The property is also for sale which was also not disclosed. There were several broken things - towel racks, drawers, etc. One of the amenities touted in the listing was the pool and spa but no towels are provided to use those amenities. Also, there were 4 of us. We got 4 towels that were only big enough for children to last a 6 day/5 night stay. Allegedly there is a laundry room on property to wash the towels but we were never able to find one. While the listing says 4 people, it is really only truly comfortable for 2 people. My teenagers didn't sleep well the entire time becauae the fold out bed (from the couch) kept collapsing on them while they were sleeping. Many of the linens were stained and dingy. Where the property is located in Tahoe is good and the master bed is comfortable. Other than that...completely disappointing and would not stay again.
It was splendid ❤️⛸️?
we were during a snowstorm. the fireplace enhanced our best memories of coziness. the room was clean and provided with everything you need. down to the smallest detail.
The people above us the first week were very noisy until late at night. Sounded like they were constantly moving things across the floor. Hot water in bathroom lasted for a very short time and wasn’t very hot. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Otherwise everything was fine. The workers were very friendly and helpful. Location was good.
Easy check in. Directions were clear and easy to follow. Great pool and hot tub area! Small but super clean and within walking distance to shopping and food.
Lakeland Village has a great location with good access to restaurants and services. It offers its own private beach on the lake, which we enjoyed. It is quiet, well-kept, family-oriented, and attractively landscaped with plenty of parking and good security. The instructions for check-in were fine, and the staff was friendly and helpful. That being said, this particular condo was a little disappointing. On the plus side, it has a comfortable bed, plenty of room for 2 people, a nice balcony, and was located in a quiet area away from the busy street, although it does overlook a parking lot. The flat-screen TV's were a plus. However, it is badly in need of updates and repair. The cracked tiles in the entry, kitchen area, and shower walls; the badly stained carpet in the living room; the bathroom fan that is as loud as a lawn mower; the wallpaper beginning to separate from the walls; and the dated furnishings all detract from the experience of staying there. We would gladly stay in Lakeland Village again, but we would not choose to stay in this particular condo.
