Lakeland Village #109 - Honeymoon Studio

The studio was amazing! It was in excellent conditions, has everything you might need, and has free transportation stops right outside. For us that like to ski, the Heavenly shuttle passes by every 30 minutes and leaves you right at the lift or gondola. Having a full kitchen is very convenient and worthwhile. We will definitely be back!

This unit is fantastic. Very well updated and super cozy inside. Located within walking distance of necessities and less than a 5 minute druve from the village. My wife and I spent close to a week here and would do it again in a heartbeat.

Amazing stay!

This property was very clean and close to the beach/lake, as well as shops and restaurants (great location). The only reason I gave it 4/5 stars overall was because the upstairs neighbors were loud during the night, like 1-2 a.m. (ex - talking loudly & walking around which made loud creaking noises) and the air conditioning unit was very loud and disruptive while trying to sleep — on the last night we figured out there was a fan in the closet which was much better to use.

My two must haves are the bathroom needs to be clean and the bed needs to be comfortable. Bathroom while clean is very worn. Bed was comfortable EXCEPT that the HVAC is 1 foot away from the bed and blows in your face all night. Not good!!!! I l

We had a great stay! Condo had everything, walking distance to food, shops and beach areas. *BEWARE* you will hear every step of the upstairs condo. That is the only issue we had.

With the exception of some late night noise from people in the parking lot (we left the slider open for fresh air) the unit was pretty quiet. Appreciated the well equipped kitchen and supplies. Proximity to the beach, pools, hot tubs, shopping and restaurants is hard to beat for the rate. A few minor issues were: only 2 sets of towels were provided for 2 adults guests for our 4 night stay. Guest instructions tell guests to do laundry if they need additional clean towels. The toilet area is in need of a repair/refresh and new & higher toilet would be a welcome addition.

The place is always clean, well-lit and has all the equipment we would need for a stay in S. Lake Tahoe. But, above all those things, the customer service really stands out.

This was a great place. In some units like this you may not really have a place to sit and eat (this has a small table with 4 chairs) or a place other than the bed to sit and ba able to watch TV ( we had 2 comfy chairs). The patio was small, but had enough room for our bikes along with a table for two.

The property is nice, well located, and my wife and I had a great time there on our honeymoon. Access to the beach is quick, just a short walk through the parking lot. We found the unit easily.
