Stayed Oct 3, 2025First impression upon walking into the unit was amazing. My friends and I are not picky and rarely review. However, this unit we did agree to say something about. The carpet in the hallway, dining room, and living room is stained. The curtains are not hung properly. The blind ober the livingroom slider door is tied up. The slider door does not open. The refridgerator makes so much noise thay it is difficult to sleep in the front bedroom as well as the master bedroom. The scratches on the furniture was not bothersome and added some charm. The train track is across the one lane parking lot/road from the unit which caused the building to shake. Could be fun. The train noise was very limited. We spent 1.8k for 2 nights in this unit after all of the fees. For this amount of money the room should be absolutely pristine. It is definitely mis represented. We could have done much better for the cost. I am happy to take this review down if the owner fixes the fridge, carpets, curtains, etc. and brings the unit to a fair and accurate representation of the add.On a positive note: The beds are very comfortable, the location and views are fantastic, the on location spa is absolutely rejuvinating, and the pool/hot tub are incredible.

Stayed Jul 10, 2025The best thing about this property is the location. You can't beat Seasons in the summer for everything you need-- walking to restaurants, City Beach, private lake space, marina, outstanding views. Also, guest services at Seasons is outstanding. If you can overlook deficiencies with the overall appearance and cleanliness of the condo in exchange for all of the above, this unit works. Just facts: there are so many dings and scratches and scuffs on the entry door, walls, baseboards, floors, and more that we stopped making mental notes to make sure we hadn't done any of that previous damage. There is quite a bit of mold in the caulking in the downstairs bath. All of the porcelain tiles used as cabinet baseboard in the downstairs bath are no longer attached to the cabinet, and lean awkwardly towards the floor. The toilet paper holder constantly came apart, causing us to just leave rolls of TP on the counter. Comments about the cobwebs are no lie. I thought they had been addressed, but not so when we checked in. There are four floor-to-ceiling curtains in the unit and one of them is coming off the upper rod. There were cobwebs and dead creatures in the windowsill corners. When the refrigerator comes on to cool, it sounds terrible; we turned the temp up to minimize the amount of times it ran. Furnishings are scratched and tired. Floor rugs come up in the corners, constant tripping hazard for our group. The TP holder in the upstairs bathroom kept falling apart and off the wall also. The bedskirt on one of the downstairs bedrooms had several huge holes in it where the flat part met the skirt part. Same for the skirting on the trundle bed combo-- the skirt on the sofa was coming apart. The balcony provides an excellent view of the lake, but you'll need to tolerate a door that sticks, a sliding screen door whose tracks are so filthy it doesn't slide much any longer and actually came off when we were there so we just set it aside. And so many more bugs and cobwebs on the ceiling. Additionally, there are four swallow nests on the ceiling and the bird droppings were not cleaned up when we checked in. The droppings were coming down on the supporting posts, the top of the handrail, streaked down the glass deck enclosures, and puddled on the deck flooring material. It was an unacceptable amount of bird poo in exchange for what we paid for the unit. Property Management was communicative, although when I requested that the cobwebs be addressed they acknowledged someone would be by the property on the morning of 7/11 at 9 am. Nobody showed. I received a text the day of our check in stating that the carpets needed cleaning and they did discount our cleaning fee by 50%. Our opinion: This condo's overall condition does not align with the condition of Seasons as a whole nor its reputation as one of the premier accommodations in town.

Stayed Jun 12, 2025This Sandpoint ID Condo is an awesome place to spend a long weekend or week. The condo is comfortable for 6 people with great kitchen accommodations. The location is perfect for lake views and lake beach front. If you have a boat and can dock it there, it is truly convenient. The Condo complex offers great gathering places with grills, tables, grassy areas, beach area, pool, and spa. It is within walking distance to the town for shopping, restaurants, and rentals. The weather in June is amazing. I would definitely come back and spend more time here.

Stayed Sep 6, 2024Beautiful view. Train was super loud and shook the unit 40+ times day and night. Didn’t get much sleep during our stay because of the train. Spider webs and spiders inside dining room area and family room. They need pest control. Lots of light bulbs out as well. I would consider staying somewhere away from the train tracks if you’re a light sleeper.

Stayed Aug 30, 2024Seasons is a must when visiting Sandpoint. Private beach, heated pool, spa, and central location. This unit offers a very family friendly layout with multiple levels to offer some separation during your stay.

Stayed Aug 12, 2024The pool and proximity to beach were great. The beds were comfortable and allowed for 2 families to stay comfortably. The resort property is very well maintained and beautiful. The cleanliness could be improved as there were many cobwebs hanging from the light fixtures and many spiders on the patio as well.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Awesome location and large condo—-perfect for family/friend gatherings but mattresses not comfortable and the condo is dated. High ceilings and light fixtures need considerable cleaning. Views are amazing but very very bright so plan on getting up with the sun! Great location and close in to town for walking for coffee or a meal. Private pool and beach and hot tub were great! Lovely to have your own outdoor kitchen. But need to reserve in advance. All in all, I’d stay again.
