Our professionally decorated home is the perfect coastal home to call your own. With hard flooring, a premium chef`s kitchen, 2 spacious bathrooms,, and plenty of space, you can relax in style and ultimate comfort. Our home has new bedding and furnishings as well as a 60 smart TV in the living room. Watch your favorite Netflix shows and stay connected with our free wireless internet.

Our condo is directly on the lake! The lake features a beautiful fountain in the center with the golf course just behind it. Listening to the sounds of the water make sitting on our furnished patio a dream after a wonderful day at the pool and beach! NOTE: POOL IS CLOSED FOR THE SEASON STARTING NOVEMBER 1ST-APRIL 1ST.

No dogs, emotional support animals, or pets of any kind allowed. This includes all emotional support animals as the HOA does not accept emotional support animal paperwork as sufficient in regards to the rule that renters are not allowed to have animals on property. The HOA will fine $500 for violations, which will be charged to the guest for each violation. Thank you for your understanding as we follow the building rules and hope to avoid extra charges to our guests.

*Barefoot shuttle runs weekends only the following dates in 2026: April 4, 5, 11, 12, 18, 19, 25, 26 May 2, 3, 9, 10, 16, 17, 23, 24 and 25. The shuttle will run 7 days a week from June 1st-September 6th, 2026. The full schedule can be found in our listing photos.

*No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA.

*Washer/dryer located in unit.

*Daily housekeeping unavailable.

*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.

*Two parking spaces provided. No additional vehicles will be permitted.

*Only one gate card will be provided for stay.

Welcome to your luxury vacation at Barefoot Resort! Our home is in the heart of North Myrtle Beach close to hundreds of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options for everyone! With world class golf right in the resort and the area`s most popular shopping just minutes away you have many options for entertainment in the day.

Barefoot Resort features a stunning 2.2 acre 15,000 square foot saltwater pool right on the waterway and marina! At this North Tower Pool is also the excellent Barefoot Marina Bar & Grill, which has live music throughout the year, plenty of outdoor seating (including on the waterfront!) and excellent seafood, American fare, and happy hour! There`s a free shuttle to the pool and to the beach in season. River Crossing also has a neighborhood pool for added convenience.

Live music venues such as the House of Blues and Alabama Theater are right at Barefoot as well, along with hundreds of restaurants to cater to any plans for the evening. Shop until you drop at Barefoot Landing just across the waterway and at Tanger Outlets just a few minutes away.

This condo was top notch! Everything felt new, fresh, clean and updated. The furnishings were very comfortable and all kitchen items were included. Very nice kitchen appliances. We loved the view of the pond from the screen porch. The condo is in a great location - just a couple miles to shopping, restaurants and many beaches. We will definitely rent this unit again!

The property was so clean, almost looked brand new! The rooms we super cozy, the living room is spacious and the back deck is so relaxing! The pond has so many turtles, and fish in it that my kids loved to look at everyday. The pool is nice, and big and was heated most nights! The walls are kinda thin, we could hear our neighbors next to us, and the family upstairs as well, but that doesn’t take away from my rating whatsoever. We will FOR SURE be back next year and there after!

- Procedure to getting into the condo is broken. We spent 30+ minutes having to trouble with locals until cleaners handed us card. - according to the cleaners, the house wasn’t listed as a check in hence they were late in cleaning the condo. - had to install linens ourselves, we could have been waiting until after 6 o’clock to check in if we had not. At 4 o’clock, the bed sheets still had an hour or so left in the dryer as per cleaning crew. This does not include the blankets. Check in would have been after 8 if blankets needed to be washed by cleaning crew. - because we washed the blankets ourselves, we can say with the utmost confidence unless the cleaning crew is here for 6+ hours there’a no way all the linens are getting 100% clean. The blankets alone took us all away until 11 pm to clean and it will be detailed as follows. We should not have had to do this. Details is as follows: - one normal run on the washer is 1 hour and 36 minutes. With the 2 blankets it already didn’t spin properly and the blankets were soaked hence we had to add another spin and drain cycle which was maybe 2 hours total for one load of blankets in the washer. The dryer is another hour but because it was still damp we had to the throw it in for another 30 minutes. One could argue to put one blanket in a time, but you can see how that would just extend the time washing the linens. We are talking about over 6+ hours just washing linens alone. ( to be continued in different review )

This condo is a very clean, comfortable, nicely decorated place to stay with family. The neighborhood is great with lots of activities for all to do, some in walking distance and some only a short drive away. We enjoyed our week! The one thing I would tell renters is, bring your own linens, especially towels.

Do not stay at this place if you are checking in after 5pm. After driving hours to your destination, stopping at the grocery store, arriving to the gate with your family and food to not have access to the property is FRUSTRATING! I was provided with after hours check in information if I had issues which I used and NO ONE answered my calls or messages. We arrived to the property at 7:30pm and the access code that was provided did not work. After calling, messaging and emailing the property manager SEVERAL times a kind citizen saw our frustration and let us in. It wasn’t until 2 pm the next day that the property manager reached out to confirm we entered the property. I can’t stress this enough! If you are arriving after 5pm DO NOT STAY here. I read some other reviews that something similar happened to them, but I thought they would have had the issue resolved. As far as the property it is really nice and in a great location!
